- All reservations must be paid in full in advance.
- The person booking must be at least 18 years old and present at check-in.
- While we'll do our best, we cannot guarantee specific spots or site types.
- RV guests can check in after 2 PM and must check out by 11 AM.
- Cabin & Glamping Tent guests can check in after 4 PM and must check out by 10 AM.
- Site numbers/locations are subject to change before arrival. Management can limit or deny vehicles/RV types at specific sites.
- Only one ground tent is allowed as a secondary unit per site, space permitting, and must be taken down during the day.
- Reservations generally cannot exceed 14 consecutive days without management approval.CancellationsOur cancellation policy varies by season and booking method:Peak Season (May 15 – October 15):
- RV Sites & Luxury Tents: 2 weeks' advance notice is required for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee per site.
- Groups: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.Off-peak Season (October 16 – May 14):
- RV Sites & Luxury Tents: 72 hours' advance notice is required for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee per site.
