Check-In Procedure - For daily rentals, check out by 11 AM or re-register. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Lodging Policies - Arrival Times 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Speed Limit - The speed limit is 9 MPH. Parking Policy - Two spaces are provided in front of each pad. - Please do not park at empty pads/lots. Vehicle Policy - Washing RVs is Prohibited onsite. - No construction or vehicle Mechanical work is allowed on the property. - The operation of motorized scooters, ATVs, or any unlicensed vehicle is prohibited on park property. - RV must be less than 10 years old at the beginning of the stay. - No glass containers outside of RV. Children Policy - Children 14 years and under must be supervised by an adult 18 years or older. - Guests are responsible for damage to park property. - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Quiet Time - Quiet Time is from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect your neighbors and keep noise at a considerate level. Trash Policy - A dumpster is provided; please use it to dispose of your trash. - Please keep your area neat, clean, and uncluttered. - Please do not place large objects, such as rugs or tarps, on the grass. Laundry - Laundry is open 24/7. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome. - Only non-aggressive animals are allowed. - Dogs must remain on leash, no longer than 6ft. - Pets must be supervised at all times. - No animals living outside overnight. - Owner must clean up after their pets. Fire Policy - No Fireworks of any kind. - Campfires are not permitted. Initial Deposit - At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Campground Disclaimer - Anyone causing a disturbance or violating Park Rules shall be evicted immediately (no refunds).
