Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is 1:00 PM. - Check-out time is 11:00 AM. - All guests must stop at the Welcome Center to check in on arrival day. - Please clean your site and leave it in good condition on departure day. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Welcome Center/General Store Hours - Summer: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Friday & Saturday to 7:00 pm) - Winter: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (Friday & Saturday to 6:00 pm) - Pool hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM seasonally. - Community Lodge hours are 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM. - Laundry Center/Bath House is open 24/7. Quite Hour - Quiet time is from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM. Site Rules - No mats are allowed on grass at any site. - Mats may be placed on concrete or gravel only. - No structures enclosing pets or children are permitted. - All persons under the age of 18 must be at their site by 10 PM. Pets - A maximum of 2 pets per camper/rig is allowed. - No aggressive pets or excessive barking will be tolerated. - Pets are not allowed in resort buildings, pool areas, or pavilions. - Pets must always be on a leash six feet or less unless inside a guest's RV or the fenced dog park. - No structures may contain your pet. - If resort staff must pick up pet waste, there will be a $30 cleanup fee. - Pets cannot be left unattended outside of the camper. - Washing of pet bedding is not allowed in laundry facilities. Exemptions - If resort staff must pick up pet waste, it will result in a $30 clean-up fee. - Pets cannot be left unattended outside of the camper. - No washing of pet bedding is allowed in laundry facilities. Containment Structures - No containment structures are allowed at any campsite. - This includes fencing, containers, crates, gates, or enclosures for pets, children, or any other reason. Visitors Policy - Visitors must register as soon as they enter the campground. - Visitors agree to read and comply with the resort guidelines/rules. - Each visitor aged five and up using the amenities will be charged $10 daily. - Each vehicle will be an extra $10 daily. - Vehicles must be registered with the office and parked in the designated overflow parking area with a visible tag. - Guests who fail to register as visitors may be subject to campsite eviction. - Vehicles with no tag will be towed at the owner's expense. Pool And Waterslide Rules - Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult aged 18 or older. - Any unsafe or destructive behavior will result in removal from the pool area. - Follow the posted pool/waterslide rules. - Only one person is allowed down the slide at a time. - You must go down feet first. - Only bathing suits are permitted in the pool. - Cotton materials like cut-offs and t-shirts are not allowed. - Swim diapers are required for babies and toddlers. - No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. - You may not eat or drink in the pool. - Food and beverages must be left at a table. - No smoking or vaping is allowed in the pool area. - Guests use the pool and slide facilities at their own risk. - Marking of chairs is not allowed before 10 AM. - To mark a chair, you must be at the pool the entire time. - No lifeguards are on duty. Mats - Mats are not allowed on any site's grass. - They may be placed on concrete or gravel only. Vehicles Policy - All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas. - Two vehicles are included in your stay. - Additional vehicles cost $10 per day, with a maximum of four at any time. - Vehicles must be parked in designated overflow areas with a resort parking tag. - More than four vehicles require renting a designated half site on C-row for $25 per day, if available. - Vehicles may not infringe on adjacent sites or be parked on roads or grass. - All vehicles must have valid registration and be in good running condition. - All vehicles must be operated by a licensed driver. - Vehicles in poor condition (flat tires, dead battery, leaks, broken windows) are prohibited. - Washing RVs or performing maintenance is prohibited unless authorized by management. - Vehicles violating the above rules will be towed at the owner’s expense. - ATVs are not permitted on the resort premises. Recreational Vehicles Policy - All recreational vehicles except golf carts must be approved by management before arriving. - If approved, specific rules will apply. Golf Carts Policy - You may bring your golf cart. - A licensed driver must always be in the front seat of personal carts. - Gas carts may not be used during quiet hours. - Rental carts must be driven by a licensed driver at all times. Speed Limit - Please keep your speed under seven mph. - Watch for children at play. - Pedestrians have the right of way. Bicycles - For the safety of the children, bicycle riding is welcome; however, we highly recommend using helmets and bike lights after dark. - The use of 4-wheelers and drones is expressly prohibited. - Personal wheelchairs are allowed. Trash - Trash pickup is from 10 AM to 6 PM during summer and 10 AM to 5 PM in winter. - Tie garbage in plastic bags and place it at the end of your site for pickup. - No trash may be left out at other times. - Dumpsters are available for off-hour disposal. - Do not leave trash out overnight. Campfires, Trees, And Clotheslines - Campfires are allowed only in fire rings. - Do not relocate fire rings without management permission. - BBQs and camp stoves are allowed. - Cutting trees is strictly prohibited. - Clotheslines may not be hung from trees or resort structures. - Do not wash clothes, dishes, or utensils in resort sinks, showers, toilets, laundry rooms, or pools. Alcoholic Beverages - This is a family-friendly resort. - There is zero tolerance for public intoxication. - No glass bottles are allowed at the pool. - If an altercation occurs, you will be removed from the park. Tents - Tents or structures with bottoms are not allowed on any RV site. - No exceptions are permitted. Smoking, Vaping, Fireworks, & Guns - Smoking and vaping are prohibited in or around resort property. - This includes all buildings, pool areas, and pavilions. - Dispose of cigarette butts in provided receptacles. - Do not discard butts in grass, fire rings, gravel sites, woods, creek, parking lots, or trash cans. - Fireworks, sparklers, and explosives are not allowed. - No guns are allowed. Wifi Notice - Use of the resort’s internet access must be for lawful purposes only. - Transmission of materials violating federal or state laws is prohibited. Media - Guests permit the resort and its affiliates to use their names and likenesses for media and promotional purposes. Emergency - Management may move RVs, vehicles, or belongings without notice in emergencies. - Site changes must be approved by resort management. Damages - Guests agree to pay for damages to the resort property caused by their actions. - Guests agree to immediately inform a manager or staff member of any accident, injury, or property damage. - Guests must inform a manager or staff member if any hazard or dangerous situation exists. - Guests are responsible for themselves and their entire party, including minors and visitors. General Liability/Injuries - Guests use all resort facilities at their own risk. - Guests release the resort and its affiliates from liability for property loss or personal injury. - The resort absolves itself from responsibility for loss by fire, theft, acts of God, accident, or any other cause.
