Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure Check-in: - 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM For Rooms. - 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM For RV and Tent Campers. Check out: - 10:00 AM For Rooms. - 12:00 AM For RV and Tent Campers. - Early check-in is available on request. Based on Availability. - Late check-out is available on request. Based on Availability. Checking Out - We ask that upon checking out of your room you do the following - Ensure that all trash is collected and put in a trash can located outside of your room, pull sheets and put all towels in the sheet bundle outside of the door, and clean all dirty dishes. - We do ask that you take care of our lodging like you would your own home. - In the event this is not done, there will be a clean-up charge of $25.00-$50.00 depending on how much clean-up is needed to be charged to the credit card on account. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement. Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets Policy - Dogs are allowed in RV sites. - No aggressive breeds. - All dogs on leashes. - Must clean up after dogs - No pets are allowed in rooms. - A $200 fee will be applied for non-compliance. Minimum night stay - There is a 2-night minimum stay from March 1st - November 1st. Parking Passes Policy - 2 parking passes per unit rented. - Please get your pass and display it in the window of the car. - Additional parking passes are $10.00 per car. Cleaning Fee - A $30 to $45 cleaning charge will be applied to all room that has trash and food left in units and that have not been cleaned and put away dishes. - If there is an excessive amount of dirt and lack of tidiness in the unit, the clean-up fee will apply. Smoking Policy - No smoking of any kind of product is allowed in rooms. - A $200 fee will be applied for non-compliance. - If any type of smoking in the cabin or condo, a $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Property Damage Policy - We expect reasonable care to protect the property and furnishings. - By rental of the property, you have chosen to be the one responsible for paying for any damages caused by you or your invited guest. - When booking a rental you are agreeing to have a credit card on file to hold for up to $500 worth of damages to be processed if the room is damaged. - If the room or property is damaged greater than the $500 amount, the renter agrees to pay the full cost of damages deemed by the Management of Bar M Resort within 7 days of stay.
