Check-in and Check-out Procedure - Check-in: 2:00pm. - Check-out: 11:00pm. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quite Hours - 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Site Information - Many of our RV sites require electric service extension cords. Speed Limit - Speed limit is 9 mph and applies to all motor vehicles. - Obey all traffic signs. - Failure to comply with speed limit or traffic signs may result in resort fines. Guest Conduct Policy - Resort management reserves the right, at their sole discretion to require any person to leave the property for reasons such as but not limited to, disrespect to management or other guests, excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, objectionable behavior, or violation of any guideline. - No refunds will be given. Vehicle Requirements - Resort management, with sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse check-in of any guest or RV, and may require removal of any RV from the property due to condition or age. - Unlicensed or inoperable RV’s are expressly prohibited. Prohibited Activities - No mechanical repairs are allowed on site. RV Per Site - Only one RV allowed per site. - One portable shade canopy is permitted. Smoking - Smoking is not allowed in any resort buildings or common areas including the pool. Golf Carts - Golf carts only permitted for use in the resort. - Insurance is required for golf carts. - A valid driver’s license is required to operate them in the resort. - Operation is not permitted during resort quiet hours. - ATV’s, UTV's, mini motor bikes, and side by sides are not permitted. Photography Policy - At any given time, photos or video may be taken of the resort. - By signing your receipt you give consent to Wekiva Falls to use material that may include your likeness for marketing and advertising purposes. - Wekiva Falls will not sell images. Pet Policy - Per the county ordinance, pets must be kept on a leash at all times while outside of your RV. - Extendable leashes are not permitted. - Pets are allowed on your site only or in designated pet areas. - Pets must be supervised at all times. - Please be advised that pets found unsupervised in the resort will be reported to county animal control. - Guests are required to pick up after their pets. - Failure to comply can result in a fine and/or require removal of the pet from the resort. - Excessive barking or noise from pets is not allowed. - Failure to comply may require you to remove your pet from the resort. - Aggressive behavior by pets is strictly prohibited. - If a pet bites or injures a person or other pet, or, in the sole discretion of resort management displays aggressive or threatening behavior deemed dangerous, the pet must be removed from the property promptly. - No refunds or reimbursements will be given for early departure due to violations of this policy. - Dogs are not allowed in the swimming lagoon or canal. - They may swim in the river or the marina.
