While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Arrival Times -11:00 AM - 6:00 PM Deposits & Payments - A deposit for the first night's stay is collected at the time of purchase - Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase Scheduled Deposit - A 100 percent deposit of the remaining balance is collected 0 days before arrival. Children & Pets - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult - Pets are welcome - Pets must weigh under 100 pounds - Furry friends welcome—with a few rules. -- Our beloved pets make any adventure even more fun, and we’re glad you’re bringing your sidekick with you. We just have a few house rules to ensure all have an unforgettable experience. -- Please make sure to let us know you are bringing your furry friends. You can notify us by entering the number of pets in the online reservation form. -- Our cabin and house are pet friendly. There is a $50/per pet non-refundable fee. Limit 2 pets per cabin/house. -- There is no charge for pets in RV sites. -- Pets must be on a leash at all times. -- If tied up outside, they must be accompanied by the owner. Please be sure that the leash is no longer than about six feet in length. -- Pets are not allowed in the Barn. -- Please clean up after your pet(s). -- Pets need to be good neighbors, not excessively noisy, child friendly, and non-aggressive (snarling, growling, jumping toward other people, etc., can scare other guests). If your pet becomes too un-neighborly, you may be asked to leave without a refund. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Click here for more information about credit card security. SIDETRACK RV PARK PAYMENT POLICY - Before making a reservation, please review our payment policy. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover cards. Personal checks are not accepted. All rates, specials, terms, and our payment policy may change at any time without notice. - On booking, we collect the first night's rental rate as a deposit. The remaining balance is collected at check-in. However, 100% payment is collected if your arrival and check-in are on the exact dates. - RV site rates are based on up to 6 people - Cabin rental is based on up to 4 people - House rental is based on up to 10 people - Sites are limited to 1 RV and one vehicle. - You must be 21 or older to rent a cabin or a campsite. - All daily site rates include water, electricity, and sewer. - Pets are allowed in the cabin and house with a $50 nightly pet fee SIDETRACK RV PARK MONTHLY POLICIES - Stays greater than 30 days require a deposit of 50% of the monthly rate. - Monthly reservations are only allowed for RV sites 25,26,27,28 and 29 - Monthly invoices for extended stays over 30 days are emailed by noon on the first day of the month. These invoices will include the previous month’s utility charges and the next month's site rent. - Within these emails, a Reservation Summary link will appear and allow guests to review and pay all charges securely online. - If full payment has not been received by noon on the second day of the month, the credit card on file will be charged to collect the full payment due. - If funds are not available on the credit card on file, guest services will be terminated, and a Notice to Vacate immediately will be delivered. The 50% deposit will be applied to outstanding charges. - Canceling monthly reservations will be charged a $150 cancellation fee if notice is received 30 days prior to the arrival date. No refunds are given for reservations canceled less than 10 days prior to arrival. - Payment arrangements must be requested before the first of the month. CHANGING YOUR DATES: - We are happy to assist you with reservation changes at any time. Changes made 30 days or greater prior to arrival will not incur any charges. Changes made less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a $25 processing fee. NO SHOW POLICY: - Reservations will be held until check-out time (11 am) on the day following your scheduled arrival. - No shows will result in a canceled reservation and full forfeiture of funds.
