Check-In Procedure - Check-In: Starts at 1:00 PM. - Check-Out: Must be completed by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional fees. - Arrival Times: 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservation and Payment - The total amount due must be paid in full upon reservation. - Only use the parking site(s) reserved. - Any additional tents or vehicles require prior verification and approval. - Extensions to prior reservations must be made online as a new reservation if site availability permits. - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Children & Pets - Pets are welcome. - Pets are allowed but must be kept on leashes at all times. - Proper clean-up is required to maintain the cleanliness of the site. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Fire and Waste - Fires are only allowed at the community fire pit. - No individual fires are permitted at the sites. - No dumping is allowed on-site. Prohibited Activities - No firearms, illegal drugs, or federally illegal substances are permitted on the premises. - No additional tents or vehicles without prior verification and approval. Liability - Guests are staying at their own risk. - RJM One RV is not liable for theft, property damage, or personal injury.
