It's an older Pop-up camper but has absolutely nothing to envy to a new one. We endured a very strong storm and there were NO leaks at all. Really great and comfortable camper everything works to perfection. Alex, the owner keeps it super clean and in great shape. I will absolutely rent this camper again. Highly recommended. Alex is very responsive and helpful in his communications.
