We had an excellent first experience with Outdoorsy thanks to Steph and Darrell. As a novice RV user, they walked me through everything from hooking up the hitch, leveling the camper, popping out the beds, emptying black and grey water, and made sure we had everything we needed. I felt very prepared and the camper was very simple to operate. Fridge kept food and drinks cold, water heater gave us hot water, stove made some delicious meals, and most importantly we stayed dry despite two days of rain. We towed Larry with our older SUV without issue and the compact size made it easy to pull into parks, parking lots, and gas stations along our journey. Very reasonable daily pet fee allowed our puppy to enjoy the trip as well.

Outstanding! Steph and Darrell were super to deal with and Larry Launch was everything promised. We will be dealing with them again and highly recommending them to friends. Larry pulled easily behind my Jeep Grand Cherokee.

This is a very clean, very new feeling trailer. Darrell and Steph did an excellent job at making sure we were comfortable with the operation of the trailer. The upgraded hitch makes towing a breeze. And, Darrell and Steph are awesome. When we had problems with our tow vehicle, they went above and beyond offering to help us find a workable solution. Overall, great experience!

Steph and Darrell were great to meet and work with! Very accommodating! The trailer is in immaculate condition, and everything worked perfectly. Darrell was very thorough and was able to explain how to use all of the features. The beds were comfortable and clean, the refrigerator was spacious and clean. The bathroom and shower functioned perfectly and were very clean! It was like using a brand new trailer!
