Rob was very helpful in introducing us to the RV, providing photos of the RV and its kitchen contents by email. He responded quickly to our texts and phone calls. He met us as agreed for pick up of the RV and provided a thorough training of all aspects of operation. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with.
