Was honestly Flawless on there end. From pick up to drop off and in between. Trailer was flawless!!! No issues with a thing!!
Short story ...
So my kids being kids “smh” broke the back door to the bunks. We felt so so horrible about it and were so worried to let them know, even though it was a honest accident “ not the kids, their actions lol”. We informed them on Sunday after we got reception. Let them know we’d do everything to make a bad situation right!! They were so understanding about the whole thing!! Yes we’re buying a new door and helped with all the leg work to find one. Least we can do seeing they rent the trailer at times. They we so understanding about everything. Wish they’re we more people like THEM !!!
I have rented a few rv’s. One time the owner had just replaced trailer harness plug “the one that plugs into truck” upside down and fried my trucks wiring harness 100 miles into trip. Put my truck in safe mode for a 800 mile round trip haul. Then acted like it was my fault?? $5,600 later outta my pocket. Owner of trailer “crickets”. After saying he will take care of it etc don’t make a insurance claim. Still owes me the $5600 by the way.
Anyhow awesome trailer and fit all 5 of us amazingly and ac’s keep up with the 110 deg Texas heat
