What a great trip. Owner was prompt in replies and very easy to work with. As a fellow owner that rents out through Outdoorsy I can tell you it was a great experience on the other end of the spectrum as a renter.

The owner seemed fine. However, No call back the day after we were having lots of trouble getting the water pump to work. Never did get it to work. Couldn’t shower or get water from the sink. Or flush the toilet
Several suggestions before renting it again:
1) Repair the water pump
2) need some leveling blocks for the corner jacks
3) corner jacks need lubrication and or replacement. One or 2 seem stripped.
4) fix exterior light near door
5) fix retaining hardware for door so it’s not flopping around. Had to use a bungee strap.
6) supply vinyl gloves for dumping purposes
7)need new rods to open blinds. Transferring the one rod to the different windows is difficult
8) Twin bed mattresses are very hard. Supposed newer large mattress is also hard. Might as well have been in a tent on the ground.
9)Only 2 broken wheel chocks were supplied.
10) Clean up and organize the storage compartment.
Other than that, at least the scenic beauty of the national Park made it slightly tolerable.

Fun times. Owner always responded quickly to my questions. Great communication. Grey tank was nearly full so had to empty it on the first day (no big deal).

Do not rent from these fee-harvesting crooks. Expect final bill to be 40% higher than the seemingly fee-inclusive quote. They take these fees out of your security deposit so you can't stop it from happening. I protested their 125 dump fee for example (because I dumped before dropping off) and it didn't matter. This is not a true RV share, this is a shady rv rental business based in a sketchy 18 wheeler lot.

We enjoyed the trip and the trailer. They were helpful in setting things up.
BUT! They had us sign a lot of papers to cover themselves at the start and then charged us $350!! when we turned in the trailer. Make sure you clean things up super well before you turn it in, although they don't mention it when you are going over things at the start. And they will still charge you $150 if it's perfect.
If they charge more per day and make sure to communicate clearly how to avoid extra fees, then that is setting the customer up for a great trip and a joyful experience. Planning to gouge the customer is setting them up to have a crappy day at the end of a relaxing vacation.

Bummed this renter had a bad experience however we are extremely careful to make this rig shiny and new for every rental, unfortunately there are extreme cases that we may charge a little extra to the prior renter in order to provide a perfectly detailed coach for you when it was returned filthy with mud on walls and mud on the carpet throughout and not cleaned on return.
