Working with Gail was great, communication was awesome. Travis delivered right on time, and set everything up. Showed us around. Was kind, courteous and professional. We had an issue with the camper during our trip (not the hosts' fault) and they were extremely communicative and did their best to help. Even offered a partial refund (I was not expecting that at all) for the slight inconvenience. Wonderful trip, and great experience. Thank you Gail and Travis!
