Tom was great and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The RV was good but there was a couple of things that could use some attention but with that said, it was functional and allowed us to have a great time!

My family had a wonderful time with this RV. We drove up the California coast and the RV was perfect for the 5 of us. Tom is a great owner to rent from and responded in a timely manner whenever needed. We will be renting from him again.

The motorhome , while a 2018, felt dated. While we enjoyed our experience, there were several minor problems that were nuisances that should have been taken care of before our rental.

The owner Tom was a pleasure to deal and made the whole process very streamlined and enjoyable. Rv had everything we needed and ran great. We would definitely rent from him again.

Great experience and Tom was really easy to work with. We were a little disappointed that the bed above the driver side didn’t work, but overall would rent again.

Tom was a good host - responsive, helpful, responsible. On the positive side the RV was a great size - not too big, not too small ... just right. Good passing / climbing power. Easy to set up and tear down. We enjoyed the big windshield which made road tripping enjoyable. On the negative side I was disappointed with a few functionality / cleanliness items we had upon check out. The RV interior is also a little “weathered” for only being 2 years old. That said we were able to find work arounds for these items and Tom was apologetic and accommodating upon our return. Based on our check out conversation I am confident he will take care of the issues we encountered. Future renters should make sure everything is working and if so be assured that the RV is a solid value.

Tom the owner of the RV we rented was amazing! He went over every detail of how everything works. He was very friendly and professional and I will definitely be renting from Tom again.

Tom was an amazing renter. The walk through of the RV was smooth and to the point. He gave us excellent pointers on things to expect while driving the RV, since it was our first time. Communicating with Tom was easy, he responds fairly quickly and would pick up right away if we had any concerns on our trip. We had an amazing experience and we can’t wait to do it again!

Tom was very professional and that gave us a confidence from the beginning. He gave us a thorough walk-through of his RV before leaving, and everything worked as he described. The RV was very nice also, and our family had one of the best vacation, and we thank Outdoorsy and Tom for this great deal and hospitality.

I can't say enough good things about Tom and our 1st Outdoorsy booking. From our first engagement and throughout our monthlong trip, Tom & his son were super responsive and answered all of our questions (and being crazy detailed... I had a LOT since I was going to be working remotely). Tom was fair & reasonable in all dealings, and made this such a positive experience. He spent time to explain operational aspects of the rig when we started the rental, went above and beyond to provide some "small things" that made our 1st family RV trip special, the RV operated as expected, and the return was seamless. I'd highly recommend Tom and this specific RV to others in the future. My only regret was that it wasn't available when we wanted to extend our trip further!!
