Great pickup and drop off. Piet showed us everything on the camper and checked in to make sure we had no problems. Van was stocked with everything we needed for a week on the road. We already miss the van and the adventures. Also loved Kodiak (the puppers) coming to say hi. Can’t recommend more.

Dorota and Piet were extremely helpful getting us situated in the van. They frequently reached out during the trip to see if we needed any help! I highly recommend booking with them if you want the best sprinter van experience!

We had high hopes because the van is fairly new, fully equipped, and costly. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing and stressful.
The pickup location requires travel on a steep, narrow, winding, heavily trafficked two-lane road. Shortly after pickup, several drawers opened and came off their slides while we were driving. The hosts repaired them promptly, but the lower drawers still would not remain latched on our drive home.
We also experienced inconsistent electrical power and phone charging. The refrigerator and freezer lost power, defrosted, and leaked water onto the floor. The automatic sliding door malfunctioned several times.
We did not receive the video manuals until Friday, after we contacted the hosts and requested them, making troubleshooting more difficult.
Although the van provided a comfortable place to sleep, these problems took time and attention away from our family reunion. Considering the van’s age, advertised features, and cost, we expected a more reliable, trouble-free experience. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this rental without improvements to the drawer latches, instructions, and reliability of the van’s systems.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. We'd like to provide additional context for future renters. Shortly after pickup, a few cabinet drawers came unlatched while driving. You returned within the first 30 minutes, and we repaired the issue immediately. We apologize for that inconvenience. During the remainder of your 5-day rental, we stayed in touch by phone but received no reports of issues, questions or requests for assistance. Our inspection later confirmed the main battery switch by the sliding door had been turned off during the trip, which disabled power to the van's appliances. Once switched back on, everything worked normally. We explain this switch during every rental orientation and are always happy to help. Because no concerns were reported during the trip, we had no opportunity to address them. The first time we heard about those issues was after the rental ended and a refund for the entire trip was requested.

I have rented a number of vans over the past few years and never have I rented the same van twice, except for this one. The van itself is incredible (it is an Airstream, after all) and the hosts (Piet and Dorota) are equally incredible. The van comes with everything you would ever need for a trip (camp chairs, camp table, bedding, cooking utensils, etc.) and is quite comfortable to live in. It’s a bit longer than most vans at 24 feet but the extra length makes it much more livable and less cramped. That doesn’t mean it’s difficult to drive though as the Mercedes Sprinter platform has all the bells and whistles (blind spot cameras, backup camera, more comfortable seats, etc.). As stated earlier, Piet and Dorota were wonderful by making themselves available for any questions that came up. I will be renting from them again!

Piet was great! Very informative and very helpful with the questions that I had before and during the trip. We are already planning our next adventure with their Airstream next summer. I would highly recommend them!

We had a fantastic experience! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were kind, flexible, and easy to work with. The van was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip, plus more! They did a great job showing us how everything worked and answered all of our questions before we left. We highly recommend renting from them and would definitely do it again!

Trip was amazing. The van was comfortable amd had all the amenities we needed. It was a smooth ride amd was easy to drive. The host gave a great overview of how everything works and was quick to respond to any questions we had. This is the second time renting from this owner and we will definitely be doing it again.

Crossing Oregon in Oryx was a gift. The van was comfortable and exceptionally equipped. Beyond that, the hosts were supportive, helpful, and encouraging. The best!

My wife and I drove down to Red Rocks for 9 days, and the Van was awesome! Very clean, well equipped. It felt hard to return this awesome RV. Dorota and Pete were awesome hosts, explained all features of the van, and were very responsive to the questions we had.

Dorota and Piet are fantastic hosts. The vehicle was immaculate and everything was as advertised. Piet picked us up from PDX and explained how everything in the van worked. They were very thorough and no detail was missed.
Ideal for families! Our son loved it! This was my first time driving a vehicle of this size and I was extremely pleased with the handling and how maneuverable this van was. I loved the king size bed and how easy it was to hook up to shore power and empty the tanks.

Dorota and Piet were absolutely wonderful hosts! They answered all my questions at the start of the trip and were incredibly responsive when I had a question on the road. The Warthog drove beautifully and was equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable, warm, and content. There were so many thoughtful extra touches that made the experience even better. We would absolutely rent this van again — and highly recommend you do the same!
