We had a great trip with Andrew's Travato. The van was very easy to drive and park. The van handled the mountain roads around Mt. Lassen like a champ. Camping set up was quick and easy and we stayed warm sleeping inside even while at elevation. The kiddo slept on the convertible bench seat and seemed to be pretty comfy with plenty of room to stretch out.

My experience with this RV owner can’t be more unpleasant. I booked my reservation in July for my September trip. I had to delay my trip 2 days after my reservation was confirmed upon the owner’s request within a week. Two days before my trip, the owner cancelled my reservation because of the car service. It was obviously foreseeable at the time of booking that this further delay could happen for the owner but unknown to me. I’ve also comminuted to the owner that I was booking campsite for my trip. I wish he could have warned me of his RV needed service and no guarantee of delivery on time. As a result, I couldn’t find another RV within a 200 miles radius. It’s also too late to cancel my campsite booking with a refund. Both Outdoorsy and the owner, Eric did not help me with any financial losses! Be aware that this can happen to you!!!

One of the best experiences we have ever had on a platform for rentals. Andrew is super responsive and sweet! This rv is literally perfect for travel!

Andrew was great to work with and very communicative up until and through our entire trip. He made sure to explain all of the features and functions of the Travato and was responsive via text to additional questions I had regarding the vehicle during our trip. As a first time user of Outdoorsy our experience with Andrew and the platform will ensure we book again.

This was our first time renting an RV. Andrew was very helpful; he took the time to explain how everything worked. The vehicle was in excellent condition and was easy to manage for a first-time RV driver. We had a great trip to Morro Bay, and I would recommend this RV for anyone
