This was my first Outdoorsy experience and I was very pleased. James was easy to deal with and he was very accessible. This was my first time renting a Class A so I was a little anxious, but he did a good job walking me through everything. All items worked in the RV and the only issue is that it could have been a little cleaner when I arrived. James agreed and apologized. I would definitely rent this RV from James again.
