Could’ve been a better trip. I could not get the refrigerator to work for the entire 3 days I rented it. The owner was very responsive and claims it was user error. I was lucky to have friends with other RVs that I could store my food. Half the lights in the vehicle were not operational and neither was the main cabin vent fan. The interior tv was not mounted and had to be propped to watch. The DVD was not operational since the remote was not provided. That was a disappointment to my kids. It was also highly unorganised. Supplies were haphazardly shoved in the cabinetry some of which were full of the owner’s belongings.

We really enjoyed our trip in this RV! Elizabeth is quick to respond to questions and is helpful. The RV is easy to drive and has all the conveniences of home.

This was my first camping trip with my mom & as newbies Elizabeth was very quick to respond to every text - whether it was a question or a concern. We had a good time at Canyon Lake.
