About Brandon's RV rentals

Brandon and Megan here! We are both born and raised in San Diego, Ca and have 2 dogs (Kota + Kirra). Our perspective and approach to life has been greatly impacted since building and owning a home on wheels. To be able to slow down and appreciate the simple things while in nature is an ability that so easily slips away! The hope here is to bring that back in an abode that offers good lighting + comfort for the ultimate reset. Great communication, cozy van experience, easy to drive and park. Had everything I needed for an amazing trip through California national forests! Would recommend to others and do it again myself!

Awesome experience renting from Brandon! The fitout of the van is great and it has everything you need, plus the bed is cosier than anything you could hope for when sleeping on the road. Brandon was also super communicative and accomodating, and even provided us some killer recommendations for places to check out along our route. This beauty took us on a complete lap of California and didn’t skip a beat. Don’t look past Kota for your next trip!

Brandon was a great host + very responsive
The van has great amenities, comfortable bed, good gas mileage (way better than I originally thought)
All around fantastic experience, will definitely recommend to friends and family

This van trip was amazing! Everything you need in a van and the bed is even more comfortable than my tempur pedic at home. Drove it up the west coast and it was perfect. Communication with Brandon was awesome, he truly is excited for people to have fun exploring and enjoying his van. Was sad to turn it back in, I want to rent it again!

This was our first experience using Outdoorsy and first time ever renting a camper van. We come up with the idea of renting one out for a week, it wasn't last minute but literally a last second idea. We reached out to Brandon around midnight to see how soon we can meet up. He replied back in the morning and we were able to make arrangements to meet up in the afternoon. We took the train from Orange County down to Oceanside and Brandon was super nice to meet us there to hand off the keys. He gave a quick tour of everything that we needed to know and then we were off on our roadtrip from CA to TX. We didn't have too many questions to ask during the trip except to confirm the type of gas, which is regular unleaded. Everything for the most part was pretty much smooth. Even the return process was quick and easy. Brandon was such a great guy about everything! We cannot thank Brandon, Megan, Kota & Kirra enough for our first vanlife experience! We'll be sure to remember this with the gold poppy! :)
