This van was absolutely everything we hoped it would be. We own a Class C and were a bit apprehensive about trying out a smaller RV but we fell in love with this van. Mike was really friendly and informative at check in. He was also flexible with the check in and check out times which was really kind.We spent four days camping near the Smokies with our two small dogs and this was the perfect fit for our needs. We really liked how mobile we could be in this van between the campsite and hiking trails. It was really nice knowing that we had our whole “house” with us at the trail head and our dogs could safely stay inside with the fan system keeping everything nice an cool for them. It really helped keep our time away from them to a minimum and we didn’t have to stress about getting back to them quickly.Everything in the van was easy to use and we cooked meals in the kitchen area, did dishes and even used the toilet without any issue. Once we got the hang of using a smaller space we were really efficient with storing things and could find everything in seconds.The under bed storage area is larger than it looks. I know we overpacked for our trip but we still had plenty of space for more items.The bed was also very comfortable (unusual for most RVs) and driving was very easy. It was nice being able to maneuver the narrow National Park Roads without any issue.We also unfortunately had a rock chip the windshield on our drive home and Mike was extremely calm and understanding about it. Will definitely want to rent this vehicle again.
