Major issues are: No hot water; very, very small water tank unfit for 5 people (despite being conservative!), let alone 10; shady dealings with owner asking me to just drop off his vehicle without his presence, then conveniently claiming damage that none of us saw or noticed. I picked this up, I was somehow lead to believe this was a 2015 on the app, but perhaps I was wrong. In any case, I felt I was finding out it’s a 2005 upon arrival. The vehicle was flimsy on the inside but functional. Only not having hot water, and water amount being insufficient were an issue. That said, beds were comfortable, owner was communicative the whole time. Water and power pumped, we made it work. Not a terrible deal.

Tire was damaged upon return was the only issue due to Memorial Day weekend I was away on Monday when Nogen returned the RV even though he asked to return late I did not ask for extra fees etc. Normally I am home when a return is done but since it was returned on a holiday i had a procedure to do so. There was a chunk of rubber missing from the side wall on back rear tire I had the tire shop change my cost was $195 still have not been refunded. Doesn’t appear it will happen based on renters refusal to take ownership. Also regarding the water they had no water hookups I filled the fresh water tank before he left he called me and said 2 people had taken a shower and they were out of water ?? Not sure what to say it’s not an unlimited amount of water available in the holding tanks. It’s difficult if you don’t have a lot do experience using Rvs. The tire issue was a safety concern and it had to be changed. Doesn’t look like it’s going to be covered anyways.

Paul was very responsive to my questions even before I finalized my reservation and ensured that all of my questions were answered. There were seven of us who rented the RV for a weekend men’s retreat in the desert and it worked out great! There were plenty of beds to go around, with lots of storage in and under the RV. We were told there would be hookups at the site, but when we got there they were nonexistent, so we ended up needing to use the generator to run the lights and air conditioning at night. We were told that if we needed to use the generator to know that it may occasionally stall, but could be restarted after a few minutes. Other than having to deal with that a few times, it worked great, and the AC made sleeping at night in the desert very comfortable, even with an RV full of men. Driving the RV was no problem, and it handled very well both on the highway and narrow mountain roads. Paul and Rose were a pleasure to work with and very helpful throughout the whole process!

Can’t give a review other than the rental was cancelled last second after a long period of time because the RV supposedly needed unspecified repairs, which left me in a bad situation 3 days before Labor Day weekend when there were no more RV’s available anywhere.

Paul was very communicative and easy to get a hold of and work with. He helped get us acquainted with the RV and as first time RV renters, this was very helpful. It is an older RV but it served the needs of our family just fine. Thank you for contributing to our first RV experience!
