The RV performed really great, the ride was fantastic , , , we primarily used the vehicle for transportation for 6 guys on The Whiskey Trail in Kentucky. The owner was always available to answer any questions and walked us through a couple of questions making our trip easier. We are already planning another trip and will use this RV again. Thanks Hasan for a great experience.

Like I had mentioned, the RV was not available due to it being used by me the owner for personal vacation. We messaged each other and I told you twice it was not available. After me telling you it wasn’t available you still went ahead and booked it. This was 100% negligence on your end.

We had a great trip with this vehicle, we drove all the way to Rhode Island and back. Hasan was very communicative and fast to respond. The RV was very comfortable and easy to drive. Highly recommend!

I had a grand adventure in a trip to the Smoky Mountains National Park. It was a solo trip where I planned to dry camp for about half.. so I didn’t plan to utilize all of the amenities of the van.

Hasan is really nice, he was very responsive if we had any questions and took the time to explain how to work everything in the RV before we left. The RV was very nice and clean! It handled well. No issues.
We didn't "camp" in the RV but drove it to Colorado and back with family. It was ideal for stopping and cooking quick meals along the way. Lots of great storage place.
Very comfortable travel experience!

DO NOT RENT FROM HASAN & READ THIS BEFORE YOU CONSIDER RENTING!The Van
We recently rented the van for 3 weeks, paying a significant sum of money only to experience nothing but problems the beginning:
1. Power stopped working after one day of use and continued for ~ 10+ days. The batteries and power system were incorrectly installed which then caused ALL the major van features to not work for half our rental - AC, refrigerator, lights, generator, power seats, bathroom functions, water heater, awning, etc - None of this worked for first half of our rental, turning this into a VERY expensive and oversized van rental, not a top of the line campervan rental we paid for
2. There was a leak in the roof that caused significant water flow into the van and to drip onto my 5 year old son who had to hold a bucket as we drove down the road to keep water damage from ruining the van
3. The slide door would not open and so we could only use driver and passenger doors for 3 weeks to enter the van
4. We had to personally pay for roadside service when even the van batteries died to get a jump due to the ongoing power issues
5. Because the van did not work for the first half of the vacation we were then forced to then spend more money to stay in an Airbnb for accommodation as we were unable to live in the van due to lack of power, leak, etcThe Owner
Although Hasan did try to help resolve the issues he always made it sound/feel like he was doing me a favor by trying to get us a working van. We were paying $4k+ for a van that works and meets the description on the app and if it does not meet that standard then it is not my issue. I approached the owner for some type of refund considering that more than the first half of our vacation was spent solving problems and paying extra money for airbnb, roadside service, etc and he very clearly said it was my problem and that everything was good when we left his house. Although everything looked good on the surface all the issues mentioned above are not identifiable during the walk down of the van prior to renting. On top of all this he and I had agreed to reduce the cleaning fee as a part of a “compromise” for the issues we had to deal with and when we dropped off the van Hasan said everything looked good and was fine (because it was) - then a few hours later a received a $500 claim on my deposit taking more money from us and he claimed we left the van dirty, damaged it, etc (all not true).

Brendan,Everything was working at the time of departure. On the walk through I showed you and your father how everything worked/operated. I have supporting documents from the service dealer to check for everything working. I bent over backwards to make sure we took care of the problems you have created. Also, there is damages to the body of the RV and the paint has been scratched in multiple places. Causing it to be repainted. Also, one thing id like to mention is, when we had spoken I was clear to give me an estimate on repairs before the work was to began. But no, you authorized the repair man to fix the problems you caused and I get hit with a $2,000 bill. Which I had to pay. I also, have pictures of everything that is damaged and the interior is trashed.

We had a great time in the Grand Tour. Hasan was a pleasure to deal, always quick to respond and offer help. Upon pick up, we were told the right side of the vehicle had no working electrical outlets. ( Needed to plug in and charge the many electrical devises). Actually, NONE of the outlets/USB plugs worked in the vehicle. Only working outlets were in the front cabin, where the driver sat. We had one outlet work for about 2 hours on the trip. A little hard to work with, considering we had 5 passengers in the back. We also had a propane leak. The vehicle was delivered with only 2/3 of a tank of propane. Hasan asked if we would be using the generator much and ai told him no, as we were not sleeping in the vehicle. However, the a/c in the back runs on propane from the generator! I wish I knew that prior to driving off. We were never able to completely fill the tank and ended up needing to get it repaired, as we were told the leak was too dangerous to fill with propane. This took hours was looking for a place that would fix our problem, as the first 2 stops could not fix it. I am hopeful follow up renters find the vehicle in complete working order!

We loved driving this well maintained airstream to Ohio and back and connecting it to the campsites was a breeze and so was emptying the tanks...prior to the trip I didn’t appreciate it but Mercedes and airstream really put out a high class luxury product here, the front 2 seats are plush and extremely comfortable for the long hauls and the fit/finish on the inside of the rig doesn’t even compare to other brands out there that have a rougher ride and dated look. We were very satisfied the fridge and freezer kept everything the right temperature during the drive and while plugged in, a huge plus. The bed was large enough and inside there was plenty of storage space for our 10 day trip, we had many compliments on the RV at gas stations, campgrounds and even some neighbors couldn’t wait to rent it for their trips after our return and touring the RV. On pickup Hasan walked me through everything before and was responsive (even 30 minutes after he told me about the side step I couldn’t figure out why the side step wouldn’t come out...he immediately texted back, it won’t come out if engine is on (safety feature)). I fortunately didn’t need to contact him often but the two questions I had he texted back within minutes (great customer service from reservation through return). The best part to us was zero mechanical issues (and on a 2k+ mile trip that was critical) plus how comfortable the ride was even at freeway speeds or on mountains, it had plenty of power and didn’t even struggle getting on freeways or up mountains. I want to also mention the lane departure warning beeps were helpful but the rig is narrow enough even on small roads it was a breeze to stay in our lane, it also has navigation and side cameras that activate for all lane changes showing you the entire lane next to you (I miss that now that I am back driving my own vehicle) and features I didn’t expect and was pleasantly surprised.

I rented the vehicle for 8 days for a trip to the east coast. The vehicle itself was much easier to drive than I anticipated and performed very well, even in the mountains. As for customer service, Hasan was very accommodating, responsive to any questions or challenges I had along the way, and easy to work with. I would definitely rent from Hasan again.
