Courtney was very accommodating to us and made our trip successful!
He included a charcoal grill, chairs and fishing poles at no additional charge.
He was available each time we called him with a question or needing advice on where we were heading. Just like a tour guide!!
Everything we needed was in the RV for camping and cooking, we even had music and a movie included for those nights that we were out of cellular coverage.
RV is older, but in good overall condition.
I am recommending that you use Courtney and his RV for your trip to AK.
Very nice guy that cares about you having what you need to ensure you have a great time in AK.

Courtney was amazing to work with! Made sure everything about our trip was perfect and went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed and more! Flair became our best friend on this trip! She was the best adventure buddy and comfortably slept 6 of us with one on a small air mattress on the floor. Highly recommend renting from Courtney!

It was a pleasure meeting Eva and her entire group. They were timely, respectful, professional and a joy to meet. One of the group even took some very nice drone footage of the Flair in all the glory of Alaska. Welcome back any time.

Courtney was very thorough with the check-in process. It took about 1 hour for him to explain everything. The RV itself is older and not well cleaned. The generator did not work, which did not give us electric power or a microwave to use. The shower, kitchen and bathroom sink all had pink antifreeze running through the water. Although he said it was safe to use and shower with, we did not feel comfortable showering or drinking from the water. The step to get in to the RV was broken, however he sent us with a step stool. He did have plates, glasses and silverware, but again we didn't use because of the pink water we would have to use to wash them. We did find a bag of old rotten food in the cupboard under the blankets and a notebook with mold and mildew on it. He also said he supplied us with some Jiffy pop, however it was dated from 2013. The RV itself was not Clean and the carpet is full of stains. The RV did its job for us, but for the inconveniences we had with it, it was not worth the $1034 we paid for the 4 days we had it.

Yes, I believe in a thorough check-in process. Better to learn how everything works in detail while I am here to demonstrate then to let folks figure it out on their own on the road. Yes, the RV is not new, but was thoroughly clean, I got on my knees and scrubbed with soap water the floors, shampoo'd the carpets (twice) scrubbed all countertops and, the refrigerator, sinks, toilet, shower, and tidied up the same with bleach water. I told you about the anti-freeze, it took me 3 minutes of running the water to thoroughly purge any remaining anti-freeze from the water system after you dropped it off. Not a problem with a 150 gallon water tank, which was nearly full when you returned it. This could have been easily done in the field as I explained to you during the pick-up process. The generator ran fine, there is an issue with power getting to the RV from the generator which I am getting repaired. This meant you had to either be plugged in to a power source, go a few days without a microwave. Sorry for that. You had a working cook stove with plenty of pots, pans, etc. All other electrical items worked fine, all lights, water pump, forced air furnace water heater, refrigerator, freezer, Co2 and fire detectors, ceiling fan, worked fine. You knew ahead of time about the electric step into the unit and that I was providing a solid step stool in the interim until my appointment to get the step repaired. You approved this so I am surprised to hear a public complaint about it here. Not sure about the bag of rotten food, I thought I had thoroughly checked all cabinets but perhaps I missed something. I left the jiffy pop as a kind gesture, but I did not check the date as I did not realize that popcorn went bad. Anyway, you didn't use it and I tossed it. You complained about a small notebook, in a 30 foot rig? Interesting. Carpet it NOT "Full" of stains. There are a few. It is not a brand new unit. The only way to rid the remaining carpet stains is to replace the carpets. Which would again become stained soon, as people coming in an out of an RV in Alaska inevitably makes this happen. That is why I put plastic runners on most of the carpets. Regarding the value, everything in the unit worked fine except the microwave. I placed it on Outdoosy and within less than 24 hours had to pick and choose who to rent to and am fully booked all but 3 nights from June 5 through the end of August. You can't even rent a car in Anchorage for the price I am charging for a 30 foot Class A RV that sleeps six comfortably and provides many amenities. It seems you were expecting a nearly new RV for a cut rate price, which does not happen in the beautiful Anchorage summers. Outdoorsy has some listings for 5 year old RV's at twice my price, but they are mostly booked. I am glad the RV "did it's job" for you, and appreciate all the kind verbal comments you had when you checked in, thanking me for renting it to you on short notice and telling me your trip was great and you made many great memories. Lastly, next time you check in an RV please leave a few minutes for the check in process, like going over miles, checking for damage. When you arrived and rang my doorbell your ride to the airport was already here waiting for you. Please leave at least 15 minutes for the check-out process. Happy trails to you, Courtney.
