The RV was well equipped and very clean. Owner was great in helping us out from another RV owner canceling on us at the last minute. Her response was quick and very informative. All around great first time with experience! Will do it again

This was our first time using Outdoorsy for our rv rental & it was a great experience! Celeste was so easy to contact & responded almost immediately. The pick up & drop off process was easy & painless. The camper was fully stocked with everything that I would have stocked my own personal rv with. She had pots, pans, every kitchen utensil you can think of, bowls, Dawn soap, drying mat, etc. The beds, linens & bath towels were very clean & comfortable. Celeste has definitely thought of every detail in order to make your vacation that much enjoyable. We will definitely rent from her again!!

Celeste was WONDERFUL! Helpful, responsive, went above and beyond! The trailer was clean, she explained everything so that we had no issues. Was willing to provide whatever we needed to make our trip wonderful!

This rental has been a difficult experience for me. First, the good. The RV was clean and equipped with all the necessities needed for our vacation.It was delivered and set up as requested.
However, dealing with the owner has proven to be a disappointment due to charges not agreed upon by both parties. There is a fee I have been charged that I wasn’t aware or informed of and I have not been successful in getting that fee back. My suggestion to any future renters is only deal through outdoorsy solely and directly when renting this RV. And be aware if there are any hidden charges. As of this writing I have not gotten my fee back however if I do I will repost .
Additional:All is well, I did receive the refund from the cleaning fee a month afterwards. Thank you.

Unit was very comfortable and simply fit the bill for my wife and me. Celeste was a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely rent from her again.

Celeste is wonderful with communication. The RV was very comfortable and clean, and Celeste has it stocked with everything that you could think of needing.

We are honored that we were the first family who rented this adorable fabulous RV 4th of July weekend. This was perfect in every way. The owner went above and beyond to outfit it and made us feel so welcomed. I didn’t really have to bring a lot of things because a lot of our needs were in the RV. She had almost everything perfectly ready! I loved that she was very thoughtful of my kids. Highly recommend renting this unit. You will fall in love ❤️
