Allison was incredibly friendly and responsive. There were several times when she responded within moments to my messages and no matter how big or small the questions, she gave quick, friendly responses. It's good to know you're dealing with a kind, empathetic person, especially when you're embarking on your first RV trip.

Several mechanical issues with unit. The A/C on the truck did not blow cold air and would shut off while driving and a load was applied to the motor. The batteries were new for the living area since they were found to be recently dead and the thought was to replace them. Once the new batteries drained down we discovered that the issue was they were not being charged due to a faulty converter/inverter. We were using the unit in an area with no public electrical hookups and the generator was very much needed. Discovered we could not get a replacement part for 3 days (Memorial day weekend) and had to buy a battery charger to charge the batteries. This was not perfect snd had to be monitored closely for it to keep working. There was also a rip in the awning which I was warned about on pickup. We taped it up to eliminate more tearing.

First time ever using an RV. Allison was easy going and very practical. I was comfortable for the trip and when I had questions, she was readily available by video chat, text or call to give instructions. The RV was exactly as posted and in very good condition. The RV rode well and was just what we wanted for our trip to Disney- the convenience of an attached home on wheels. We did not want a trailer but to all ride together. It made the trip with children so much more tolerable for all! The RV was spacious for everyone, and we all slept well. Allison even worked with us on UNLIMITED mileage whereas all other renters charged. This made our trip very affordable. THANKS ALLISON. I already know where to go to for our next RV trip!.
