Zeferino amd Maria are super nice. Please be aware that you can only pick up RV at 7 am or between 5 and 7 at night. Only local customers !
The RV they rented us was out of fresh water amd 3/4 full of black water. If they are going to rent an RV , might be nice to service it prior to rental. It was our forst time renting from an individual owner. RV dealerships have always supplied clean and full RV ‘s for us. Just a word to the wise. The Tv’s either do not work or there is alot of trickery to get them to. We didn’t need Tv so not a big deal. All in all not a bad experience buy the full toilet was a bad surprise.

Maria & Zef were great in preparing us for our rental and the ride and stay were just as good. An A+ experience!

We had a wonderful trip in the Mirada!! Everything was perfect!! Great layout, awesome full size refrig/freezer!! Large shower!! Very easy to operate! Zeferino and Maria have a great set-up to educate users of their RV, and they are very interested in you having a successful trip - we felt very comfortable with the RV! They responded quickly to questions. Look forward to our next trip with them!! We have rented many RVs before, this process was very nice and easy... and the RV was superior!! We would definitely recommend them and the Mirada!! Enjoy ... you don't want to MISS this one! Jon & Rayelene

This was our first experience on a RV, Zeferino and Maria walked us through the different things that have to be considered to do a trip on a RV, also the training on the unit to make our trip more enjoyable and take advantage of all the perks in the unit.

There is not enough room in here to say how good of an experience we had. Zef and Maria were awesome hosts! From the moment we booked it online, they took the time to speak with us over the phone and go over some questions we had. Then once we met to pick up the RV (which they let us do the night before so big plus) they both took about 2 hours of their time to explain everything about the unit and even take a test drive. This was especially important to us since it was our very first time renting one. Their tutorial really made a difference and made our trip go very smoothly. And finally, all throughout our trip they were both readily available to answer any questions and resolve any issues. Not that we really had any issues with the RV, it was more of some rookie questions that we had during the trip.
The RV itself was super awesome. Our girls had a wonderful time in it. Super comfortable and very spacious. Plus, this is a 2017 model so everything was in great condition. Now that we have rented this unit, I dont think we can go back to renting anything of less quality, we are definitely spoiled.
We would absolutely rent from Maria and Zef again!!

Maria and Zef were an amazing couple with a lot of patience and kindness. They took us thru every step and procedure we needed to know as 1st time RV renters. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Communication was very easy and quick. Always available to answer a question even during our trip.

Renting an RV can be daunting! Zef and Maria were so nice and helpful. They were always available if we had any questions, before, during, and after the trip! We definitely recommend them!
