Condition of RV was definitely not how the owner described it. Photos are old and do not accurately represent the current condition of the RV. Despite Outdoorsy’s cleaning guidelines, the RV was very dirty. It took us 2 hours to clean before we left on our trip. I would NEVER rent from this owner again.

The photos and condition of this rental were insultingly misleading. It is not well maintained or clean and many of the mechanicals were disgusting or didn’t work.◦ Brick in engine holding down something
◦ Two corroded house batteries that died on Day 1 - we replaced
◦ After 48 hours of calls with Roadside Assistance and many promised phone calls and mobile mechanics, we didn’t get called back when they said they would and there was no one to help us with the battery issue (Outdoorsy staff can see note records on account)
◦ When house batteries died an electrician in another RV was helping us to figure out the issue and said the wiring in the rig is not standard and this is why it took 2.5 hours to figure out the house batteries were the issue
◦ Water in rig had strong smell of sulfur and if water pump turned on the faucets would leak
◦ Front console only runs if house batteries are on (that’s how you access cameras for driving)
◦ Propane gages are broken (inside and outside) and you can’t get an accurate read of the amount so we didn’t use fridge or stove
◦ Cup holder on drivers side is only connected at bottom and falls over during turns
◦ Back upholstery is disgusting and crumbling each time touched
◦ Duct tape holding sliding door back
◦ Couldn’t find tv remotes and therefore couldn’t use any of the 3 TVs
◦ Air conditioner in main living space dripped a significant amount of water and there is a soft spot in the floor below it
◦ Bathroom doors fly open at angles when driving and do not properly hold smells bathroom area (it appears as though the piece to hold it down was missing)
◦ Could not locate seatbelts in the seats/rig (we found seatbelts unattached located in storage)

Renting from Michael was great. He took a long time to show us how everything worked in the RV. We had a really great time renting it and would definitely rent again!

RV was exactly as advertised and had everything we could have needed for an extended weekend away. Michael was easy to communicate with, timely, and easy to work with. The kids loved the outside TV!

RV was clean, in good shape, and very well stocked and equipped. Owner let us use his bike rack also. Good communication, would rent from him again. It was a great trip! Thanks!
