Jeremy was great to work with. The RV is great! Easy to tow/pull. Very comfortable. Only thing is that the manufacturers used some thin veneers and so you have to be extra careful or it may look like you damaged it when it is just normal wear and tear. That said, I would totally rent this again though. Thank you Jeremy for a great weekend getaway!

Was great working with Jeremy. He was quick to respond to all communications and set very clear expectations for the trip. He accommodated our needs in renting the trailer. We also found the trailer to be exactly what we had hoped and the provided amenities makes for a perfect family out. Will definitely be renting again.

We had a good time but the queen mattress is uncomfortable and we had to stuff blankets under it so it doesn’t hurt your back. Also the black water tank said it was 2/3 full before we even got to our campsite so I don’t know if it was ever emptied or if it was a reading error. Also the electrical outlets only work if the generator is on which was a big bummer for us that need white noise at night. I don’t think they gave us a good walkthrough on how it all worked which is why I gave it a 4 in communication.

The water pump had an issue but was an easy fix, I was able to get it working with him having to make a trip out. These are normal issues that can occur, nothing against Jeremy here. There were a few other minor issues but he is getting those fixed under warranty, again not his fault. Great guy to work with!!!

Great communication with Jeremy, trailer was as described and worked great for our family of 4. 1 kid in each bunk, and parents in the Murphy bed. No need to use the dinette as a bed. Plenty of space once the slide is out and the trailer tows well. No issues at all and have already booked our next weekend away with the same trailer. 5 stars.
