Trevor was nice, accommodating and responsive from the booking process through the return process. The trailer was not “super clean” as the description says - far from the “enhanced clean” shown on the listing. Trevor stated it was clean at pick up. During a pandemic that added a lot of stress and 2 hours of cleaning and sanitizing before we began loading the trailer for our trip. We spent the same time cleaning before returning it so that the next renter doesn’t have that unpleasant and dirty disappointment. The trailer was a good size for two parents, a young kid and one dog. It functioned properly but has damage to the exterior, stairs (bent), and many of the cabinet doors were broken (probably from heavy things stored while towing and shifting occurs), no pet welcome basket, s’mores basket, etc. We were told upon pick up we could not use the awning due to insurance so Trevor provided an EZ up. Photos below are of when we picked the trailer up.

Trevor and Stephanie have made my first travel trailer experience a great one!! They are very accommodating and kind. Would definitely rent from again, if I don’t end up getting one myself! :)

Great coach, well equipped, with good air conditioning and refrigerator. Trevor and Stephen were very accommodating and thoughtful.

I didn't actually rent from them as there were some scheduling conflicts but they were super communicative with me about the conflict and quick to resolve it. They seem super friendly and easy going so I just gave them the highest ratings.
