The delivery and pickup were about as seamless as you could get. The owners were both accommodating and understanding, despite some last minute hiccups on my end. The RV is larger than I imagined and more than enough for what we needed, but we were also happy to have the extra space. Overall, I would definitely book with them again in the future.

Trailer is dated and needs some upgrading/upkeeping done to it but for the price its fine. They offered to drop the trailer off in their posting but a few days before the reservation they claimed their truck had broken down and that we would have to pick it up, not the end of the world but they should probably have a more reliable truck or don't offer the drop off/pick up service. The biggest shock came 2 days after we returned it, the owners claimed the security deposit stating that we left "items" in the black water tank (we didn't use the bathrooms in the RV as we were parked about 50 yards away from a shower/bathroom at the track. They also claimed that we used the sheets to clean ourselves after using the bathroom. Such a ridiculous claim, I and the others that used the RV are all professional businessman and treated the RV with care when we had it. Save yourself the headache, skip this trailer and its lacking integrity owners.

This was a GREAT experience and Stephanie and Mike are AWESOME hosts. I booked this camper to stay in while I was at a horse show at the Old Dominion Ag Complex. This was so convenient and easy. I stayed with 2 friends and we all had a great time. The features of this camper also made it great. We enjoyed the outside kitchen especially the grill. So we had 2 nights with cookouts sitting under the awning and enjoying the night sky.
