While I understand COVID has been kicking us all, Duane chose to cancel our reservation less than 36 hours before we were to leave on a six-day trip with lots of activities at our destination prepaid or our in risk of at least losing hefty deposits. Duane's reason was that he had been exposed at work and was keeping the trailer to quarantine in. Suddenly his problem became my family of six's problem. Rather than uphold the contract, he simply refused to make other arrangements, leaving us scrambling to find a different trailer last minute. Fortunately, the good folks at Outdoorsy called me immediately, listened to our concerns (desperation) and found us several alternatives.

Great camper and owner. Communications were excellent and owner is very flexible. Everything on the camper works well. One of the things I appreciated is the extra blocks and boards that really help set up a level camper. Everything we needed was included and logically located.

Duane was helpful, nice, and polite. The trailer was stocked with essentials and it has a wonderful arrangement/floor plan. The trailer was clean and ready for us to use. Will definitely use again.

Duane is very thorough and complete and making arrangements and response in a timely manner. We were able to do a full walk-through and was educated up on towing and setting up the RV trailer. The trailer is in great shape and user-friendly. This is our first time renting a travel trailer and it was a great experience. Thanks Duane!

Duane was so helpful and bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed! The RV was clean and accommodated our family of 4 perfectly! Our kids had the best first camping experience and we will absolutely be renting again in the future! Thanks for everything, Duane!

Had a great weekend at the track in Duane's RV. Everything went great and worked perfectly. Duane dropped it off and had everything ready to go for us when we got there and picked it up at the end of the trip. The RV is a nice size for us and was very comfortable.

This was our first trip out with a camper and we had a great experience. Duane was very nice and went above and beyond to help us. The camper was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it so much, we have already booked 2 more trips.
