HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! This guy is a dirty crook!! This RV was DISGUSTING and smelled horribly! The shitter tank was full of someone else's shit, the generator did not work, we had no a/c driving through the desert and it was 110 degrees in Utah and Nevada. The leveling jacks did not work. We slept on hills. The Engine continued to overheat going 40 mph on a flat road and we lost several days just trying to drive slow to get to our destination. The owner refused to help and mistreated me and my family. I am a single mother of 4 children, two are foster kids and one is special needs. I saved all my money for YEARS to be able to take my family on this trip. I even brought my 82 year old grandmother so she could see the ocean one more time before she dies and we almost didn't even make it! We ended up having to rent a car in California and buy motel rooms to get home. This guy is refusing to refund me and has been a very ignorant and cocky prick through this whole nightmare.

I would not rent from this owner ever again. Their lower rates do not provide a better value. We received no opportunity to test drive the motorhome. The drawers for storing our clothes smelled like something had died in them and were not cleaned out, the bathroom has dried urine and whatever else all over, the stovetop had dried food splattered around it and the water lines hadn't been flushed out, so we had antifreeze coming out when we expected the fresh water we added. The front tire was worn and had a bubble that caused a blow out while we were traveling on a freeway, nearly causing a major accident and leaving us stranded for hours and on the hook to replace their blown out tire. This cost us most of a day off our vacation. The cabins battery was so old it hardly held a charge, and traveling through southern states required running the generator full time to run the AC. The owner was hardly responsive the few times we requested assistance. I don't understand how Outdoorsy could include a cleaning and prep fee for the condition we got this RV. We had months of planning already invested into planning this trip so we could not just refuse this RV. I can not recommend this owner or Outdoorsy as a result.

Hello, once the accident you made is with insurance.
Once we get to know the damage cost, we may be able to refund some for inconvenience.
But we checked the RV battery they are at 80%. What mechanic told us, when we run generator without any load, sometimes it drains the battery which is a learning to us as well.
