One of the best renting experience I've had so far.

It was a horrible experience I don’t recommend for you to rent from this person. We rented the RV and when we got to our location the slide from the refrigerator was down we had to pick it up and some portion of the plastic was damaged. We had the awning out and the wind came in to string and damaged it, something I knew I was going to have to pay for. But this person proceeded to charge me for the refrigerator, awning, AND a cleaning fee 😡 I cleaned the RV even when I first walked in it was disgusting it looked like they cleaned it with a dirty rag. All in all my full $1000.00 deposit was charged, I still find it odd that he got every charge to add up to the $1000.00 deposit. One more thing he did not warn us about cooking inside, if you do stay away from the right side of the burner or it will burn the plastic backsplash.
This is not the first RV I have rented, steer away from this owner.

Jeff is amazing, excellent communication and the trailer is exceptional. Spotless clean, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! Just load your food and clothes and your off! All the upgrades and extras made our trip so easy and enjoyable! The remote start generator, power tools to stabilize and level, bbq grill, Large screen TV with DVD and BlueRay player all nice bonuses to make your trip so luxurious! You couldn’t rent a better trailer and set up from nicer man and his family! So thankful we found this gorgeous rental and we would definitely rent from Jeff again and again!!!

Jeff was super responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. When he delivered the RV he spent about an hour going over everything with us. We appreciated his “customer service.”
The RV was spotless and brand new. Everything was in new condition. The owners went above and beyond by including lots of extras- like soap, tp, paper towels, septic treatment, gloves, vacuum, cleaning products, etc. We had the most amazing time with this rental. Our experience was seamless. Thanks Jeff!!

Great experience! Pickup and dropoff was easy. The owner explained everything and was available to contact during the trip. Everything was on board for the trip as advertised. Highly recommended!

Our family had a great time. We’ll definitely be repeat renters from Jeff. He was very friendly and considerate. They’ve done a lot to make their new travel trailer feel like a home away from home. Despite being our first time everything was pretty simple and he went over everything to make sure I was comfortable enough to just enjoy our trip. Would highly recommend. If you’re on the fence this is a definite win.
