This trip was awful!! The camper was not hooked up when we got there and it was a very hot day. It was never balanced so it was teetering back and forth when we would walk or move. It had a leak in the ceiling and it rained all 3 days so it flooded in the dinning/kitchen area and wet all of our belongings. The beds were made out of plywood and a foam pad that was about an inch thick so the sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. The awning in the picture is broken off of the camper and that was never told to us. We really needed that awning. The only option the owner gave us was to pick it up from us during our stay so we would not have had anywhere else to go because all of the hotels where booked. I was never offered a refund on anything. Not even a partial refund. I would NOT recommend this camper to anyone. Not a comfortable stay at all!!!

Thank you for your review. Although you changed your reservation several times, right up until 2 hours before the delivery, your request was still accommodated. We require renters to be on site for delivery and you chose not to be present, however as a courtesy, I sent my assistant back to the campground to provide a walk-through for you and show you how the trailer worked. At that time, the AC was turned on and working as normal. That was in addition to a detailed instruction book that is provided. Upon delivery, the trailer is always leveled and secured. Due to excessive rain that weekend, as I explained, it is possible that the jacks would sink into the ground since it was parked on the grass. Also, as stated in my ad the awning has been removed due to insurance requirements and this was explained in all communications we had. I would assume this was understood because you came equipped with a pop-up awning that was attached to the jacks on the trailer. With the bad weather and the wind blowing the awning, it would be possible that could cause movement in the trailer. Although there are no less than 10 hotels/motels near the Florida State Fairgrounds where you were camping, including the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, it is beyond my control that they were all sold out in the middle of February as you stated. Per Outdoorsy’s requirements, our camper is inspected prior to departure and we have never had any issues with the roof leaking. Upon return from your rental, there was an inspection completed and there was not any evidence of water damage as you stated. Although you feel you were entitled to a refund of some sort, you violated several of our policy’s including having a dog in our camper. I wish you all the best in your future rentals.

we had a great experience with this camper. the camper was clean. The provider was very nice and helpful throughout the process.
