The pick up was super easy! The explanation and run through of the vehicle was very smooth and quick but very informative as well as watching the video posted. We had a great time on our trip and the sprinter itself was just absolutely amazing. I prefer it the way it is with the option for a bunk up top and a couple add ons but it’s much roomier and flexible with the way it is set up. We will definitely be renting this again in the future!
