We had a fabulous time camping as a family of 4 at Markham Park. Julie and her husband delivered and setup the RV. It was a great layout and very clean. The kids loved their own bunk room and the mattress in the master was very comfortable. Julie was so responsive and flexible when our 3 hour drive turned into a 4 hour drive because of traffic. We would rent this RV again and highly recommend Julie!

Julie jumped in at the last minute and bailed us out of a cancellation. They were able to deliver the trailer and set us up with a generator on short notice. Great communication.

We are truly sorry the generator malfunctioned during Mother’s Day weekend - these things happen. I’m happy we found a brand new generator at a store even if was out of town. We believe costumer service is above all. We were glad to deliver it same day at no cost. We hope you and your family had a great Mother’s Day despite the temporary disruption.

This is an awesome RV. Very spacious and everything was functioning and clean. The hosts were very nice and patient. They explained everything thoroughly. I never towed an RV before so I was worried. The hosts provided a load balancing hitch free of charge and we had no issues towing the RV.

Julie was very fast and responsive in communication. The trailer was very clean and in good condition. She was flexible in our return time as she didn't have in rented the next day, which was nice. My only complaint was the generator- very loud. It was one designed for construction/contractors and not an RV style one. We didn't run once after hearing as it would've disrupted anyone around.

AMAZING trailer. Best layout ever for a couple with small kids. My FAVORITE thing was the bunk bed room. The kids were so happy in it. We only had 2 kids so they each had a side...slept on bottom and had their stuff on top. They actually wanted to go to bed at night (which was awesome so then we adults could get a little relaxation outside around the fire. BC of covid, I liked that the couch and seating area were easy to clean/disinfect and not just fabric. They had liners on the bed...everything was so clean that it made my life a little less hectic with disinfecting. Everything about the trailer was just so practical for family use...big enough fridge...wide open sink. And it has these big windows you can see out of in the living room...and one in the adult room...and the ceiling is high enough to where you can walk around and not feel cramped.So overall I would say the trailer was a 10+...but im also very picky...so here are my very few cons (or even some are more comments for the host):
- missing broom - thank goodness we had brought one though!
- Hard bed, but I wouldnt say its a problem...I only wish I would have brought an extra blanket or two to put underneath...a thick featherdown quilt would have made it perfect.
- Extra Condiments Not necessary - there were a lot of spices and other condiments (honey, half eaten Nutella, etc). They were in the way so I immediately just put it all up in a top shelf....only I was a little hesitant to even touch them with obvioulsy the thought of covid on my mind. Due to current environment, IM not sure I would keep stuff like that in the trailer. Or if it is in there, it should be brand new and never opened. The stuff that was half used kind of grossed me out. Same for soap bottles and other items... should be filled all the way to top.
- Ran out of power/water/propane - Ok so this most likely was user error (i.e. our fault!)...but I would say we are pretty experienced trailer users (actually owners but someone was borrowing ours which is why we had to rent!). We could NOT figure out why we were going through propane so quick. Another issue was power - luckily we brought 2 generators instead of 1. I think we are just used to a trailer that harnesses solar power, which then lets you charge your electronics, etc more easily without always using energy from generator. It can be a game changer. And as for water....I couldn't quite understand this either. Our gray tank filled up way before the black one. I am the QUEEN of drycamping...in fact, we never go to spots where you hook up so Im not used to using a lot of water. My husband and I did not shower once...and only showered our 2 and 5 year old 2 times being super careful with water. No dishes were ever washed inside, but for some reason, our gray tank filled up before the black. Normally it is the opposite way around in the 20+ times we have camped using our other trailer. So maybe the water tank was small or perhaps not filled up all the way ooooorrrrr my 2 year old might have been playing with the water when I wasnt lookin!!! But it really didnt matter bc it all happened on the day we were leaving so it wasnt a bummer.
- There was a little box next to fridge on side of paneling that kept beeping on last day (and my husband had already left so I couldnt ask him to help me!). I could not figure out how to turn it off or why it was beeping (was either a carbon monoxide or propane indicator). Either way, I would highly recommend the owners give their renters training in what they should do when this beeping goes off in case it happens during their stay. I'm pretty sure it was from lack of propane and not carbon monoxide...only at that point we weren't using the propane anymore so it would have been nice to know how to turn it off!Sorry...I know I spent a lot of time on the cons, but overall....the pros BY FAR outweighed the cons...I just cant thank our wonderful hosts enough!! We had rented an RV about a month ago which still gives me nightmares to this day...and this RV is just sooooo much better, not even comparable to the other one we rented. I would rent from this couple all the time if we needed to rent a trailer again! They are absolute angels during this crisis and their trailer is a little slice of heaven on earth. Thanks so much to the hosts for allowing us such an amazing wonderful trip!!!!!

Julie and her husband Jeremy were extremely nice and accommodating throughout my entire booking. I reserved their RV 2 days prior to my trip and they had it all ready to go for me. They were flexible with my pick up and drop off times and communicative throughout the entire experience. The rv itself was fully stocked with everything needed and in great condition. I read another negative review on here regarding issues with the refrigerator and Id like to say that it was all in proper working order. RV's are not rolling houses, they have their limitations and you cannot expect endless amounts of water and an ICE cold refrigerator unless hooked up to power from any RV. I have rented plenty of them and that is how they all work.

It was one of the worst weekends ever. On the first day, after two people took a shower, the water ran out. In my naivety, I took my word for it and did not check the water level and paid for it ( $204 for water delivery). On the second day, the generator couldn't start and I slept in a cold RV and went to the doctor in the morning. The warm refrigerator couldn't save my food and I had to throw it away. As a result, I paid $1,388 for 2 nights and remembered this vacation for a long time.

We are sorry to find out that your trip did not go as planned. Dry camping can be challenging. People who have experience with Dry Camping know that the water tank even when full lasts for only a select few things. Our RV is brand new and everything is working perfectly. We understand that you were tired at 11:30pm after a long flight and having to listen to our RV lesson in the middle of the desert. We probably said some important things that you may have missed. We tried to do our best to help you and deliver all the necessary information and knowledge about RV dry camping.
With RV boondocking we can’t take long showers, the generator should be turned on and off as needed, the refrigerator can work on propane as we explained. We left you on the first night with everything set up and running for your stay, and asked you to contact us with any issues. More so, we went above and beyond to help you troubleshoot when you contacted us. We made an extra effort on your second day to come and refill / empty the water tanks and refill and restart the generator for you. This is typically not something we are asked to do for experienced campers. We are truly sorry for your bad experience and for your review.

The trailer was immaculate and very easy to use. They are super responsive and very accommodating. We had the trailer delivered and when we arrived, everything was set up perfectly and nice and cool inside. We are already planning our next trip!
