The trailer is nice and well maintained. Carlos is easy going with and show all detail to us. Definitely will rent this RV again in future trip.

This was our first RV experience. The trailer pulled easily. Set up was quick and easy. Very enjoyable trip. Carlos was very accommodating. Pickup was easy. We will be camping again.

This RV is illegal. It has a Canadian license plate. We confirmed with Outdoorsy.com that RV's in their program must be lawfully registered with a U.S. plate, and insurance is not valid on a foreign-plated vehicle. We also confirmed with the State of Florida that these owners are illegally renting this foreign-plated vehicle and are not permitted to rent it without registering it in Florida.The owner, Silvia, met us at pick-up. There were a number of problems. The battery was dead, so the stabilizing jack wouldn't work. There were 2 propane tanks that were supposed to be full at time of rental, but she pointed out one was empty and the other partially empty. She said we'd have enough gas for our 10-day trip. The microwave and stove were dirty - in fact, the drip pan under the burners looked as if it had never been cleaned. The fridge smelled sour. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off because the screws were completely stripped. The toilet lid was broken on one side and kept falling off when opened. The owner did not use use any checklists with us to document this, nor did she provide any instructions on requirements for returning the RV.Once we connected to our vehicle and had power, she turned on the power center and pointed out that the holding tank monitor was not working properly. The monitor showed the tanks were not empty, but she said to ignore that because the monitor was not working properly. By the time we made our first stop at a rest area after driving 4 hours, we loaded groceries into the RV and noticed immediately it smelled like sewer. This confirmed the tanks were not empty as she had said.The door latch is on the verge of breaking. It was very hard to open and close the door. To close the door from the inside, you had to pull with all your body weight to get it to latch. In fact, our 19yo daughter who is slim could often not even get it closed. On the 6th day of our trip, I was actually locked inside the RV for 2 hours. My husband and daughter had left for an activity, and I stayed behind. When I tried to exit the RV, the safety latch was stuck in the locked position. I could not get it to disengage from inside. When my family returned, my husband had to push several times with all his body weight on the outside of the door to get the locking mechanism to engage correctly so I could disengage the safety. Terrifying!On the final day of our trip, we fully emptied both the gray and black tanks at the campground. I thoroughly cleaned the trailer, including the filthy drip pan, and we returned the unit in better and cleaner condition than it was received. The owner was supposed to meet us at 6pm for the check-out but did not show up. He messaged us to instead use the lockbox. Similar to when we picked up the RV, there was no checklist or discussion of expectations for returning the RV.Several days after we returned the RV, Silvia began messaging me to say that (1) the tank monitors showed the tanks were not empty and (2) there was a piece of toilet paper visible in the toilet. I told her we had emptied the black and gray tanks completely and reminded her that she was the one who told us at time of rental that the monitor was not working correctly. She then filed a $250 claim against our security deposit for failure to empty the tanks.We are honest, honorable people, and I feel these owners are running a scam. Their trailer is illegal for commercial rental purposes. The Canadian plates make the RV ineligible for insurance coverage through Outdoorsy. There were a number of broken or faulty issues with the RV, including the tank monitor, and then they tried to falsely claim that we did not empty the tanks. I would never rent from these people, and we will be reporting them to Outdoorsy, the Florida Department of Revenue, and filing a claim against them for the $250 in small claims court.

I LOVED THE RV EVERYTHING IS CLEAN, EASY COMMUNICATION ,KIDS LOED THE BUNK BEDS , QUEEN BED WAS SPACIOUS FOR MY HUSBAND AND I ,VERY ROOMY FOR A FAMILY OF FOUR .

It was an awesome adventure. RV was clean everything functioning. Solar panels plus we stayed one night at a park with no power. Very enjoyable.
