Please read the factual statements that are stated....BEWARE...DO NOT RENT FROM SUZY SALINE.1. Suzy openly and willingly violated my rights under the American Disability Act and STOLE $200 from me for my service animals being present on the RV with me. This is ILLEGAL. She does not care about ethics, morals, or what is legal. My service animals caused no damage to the RV, she just wanted an extra $200 for them being with me. I even provided her with my doctor's letter, that protects me under the ADA. I have attached that letter here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1OIF3k8WwgRO5KL0z-U6wu5a2IMzg1kjG4. Before leaving I asked Dave of any known problems, and he laughed and said "today?" As in making it seem like there are always problems with the RV. Upon entering the RV with Dave I noticed it was uncomfortably hot, to the point where Dave was dripping sweat from his forehead while we were signing the paperwork. It was quite discomforting, you would have thought he was being interrogated by the amount of sweat that was coming off his head. I asked "are you okay" he says yes, just a little hot out today. I said well does the AC work in the RV and he gives me a very uncertain nod and says yes.I asked how long does it take to cool down typically and he says a little bit (very indirect answer). At 5 PM I had made it home and left the generator running for about 1 hour at this point, the temperature was still 96-99 degrees inside the RV. I sent Dave a message asking again, are you sure the AC works, he says yes it just takes a while. I then wait until 10 PM and run the generator until that time and it is still not cold, it is 96 degrees (and its night outside).Knowing I was supposed to leave that day I had to delay my trip because I couldn't put people in a RV that was 99 degrees on the inside at 10 PM at night. I then decided to call an RV repair shop, they stated I could bring in the RV in the morning and have a free evaluation. Come 7 AM I brought the RV to a repair shop and they instantly found the problem. The filter was incredibly dirty (pictures attached here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1qPyuLySoAzEIGP-njOzYkI0kGNF9nQdR). The shop had to scrub by toothbrush for 3 hours to clean both AC units and replace the filters. Before I brought the RV into the shop I sent pictures of the very dusty AC unit hoping Suzy could give me advice, instead she said I lied and insinuated those pictures weren't real (pictures of conversation here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1XqdBgB1kAB2JdMVwexhtWhR1LxoNkW_K)
$350 later the AC was working like a charm and I was ready to start my trip!7. Upon returning to Las Vegas I was cleaning the RV and noticed an INTERNAL house had got a hole in it. This is something that Suzy or Dave would NEVER notice if I had just cleaned up the liquid and put some tape over it. Out of pure kindness, even given everything that happened I brought it to their attention and now THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME $618. Suzy and Dave were delightful to deal with and very helpful. When we had a unexpected problem with the RV door lock, Suzy & Dave worked hard to correct it as timely as possible. The RV was as described and delivered with everything we needed for our trip.

My husband and I rented Suzy's RV for a music festival with 3 of our friends. I highly recommend this RV and renting from Suzy. Although she was not available, we were able to get in touch with her, Dave or Tom as needed and they all responded promptly. We were very happy with the accommodations and felt very comfortable in it. Suzy was able to work with us on the timing for pick up and return, and if we had any questions she was able to get us an answer. When I told her about one of the rules from the festival regarding what we could bring to camp, she helped us by replacing the metal and glass kitchenware with plastic -- this helped us tremendously! Although we bought our own paper products, toiletries, and the like...there was enough already stocked (some from Suzy and some Dave said were left from previous renters). We left all of our good leftover supplies for the next renters to enjoy because maybe that will be us again next time. Suzy also stayed in touch with us throughout the trip to make sure everything was working smoothly and that we were OK. I definitely plan to rent from Suzy again!The reasons why we did not give 5 stars all around...
Mechanical - certain things were a bit tricky. Sometimes things wouldn't work the first time (if you pushed a button or turned something on/off) but we quickly figured out that if you turn everything off and try again that it would work the second or third time. This happened with the slides, the steps, and A/C. Once we were told this by Tom, we got everything working and had no issues after that.Cleanliness - overall the RV was very clean but a person like me will notice dust in some places (perhaps from previous renters taking it to the rodeo or maybe it hadn't been wiped down in a while) and the floor mat for the bathroom shower was dirty. Other than that it very clean for an RV and the linens smelled freshly washed. I was very happy about that! Another thing I noticed was the left over food (animal crackers and crumbs) caught in the storage under the seats when you setup the extra sleeping areas. If it wasn't for the bathroom floor mat and the crumbs, I would have given 5 stars.Listing accuracy - initially we were going to choose another smaller RV but we decided on this one because it was listed as 3 queens. I noticed that the listing has been updated. I could see why it "could" be listed as 3 queens. The main bed is definitely a queen, then there are 2 seating areas that become sleeping areas. One has a twin mattress pullout bed and a section of the same couch that can be pulled out/extended. The person that slept on the extended part of the couch was not comfortable on this so she slept on the full sized air mattress for the remainder of the trip; and then she was fine. The other seating area that has a table that can be removed and flipped over into a sleeping area. I was told that the cushion that goes over the area where the table would be flips up if you are a tosser. It does not provide a lot of leg room but works well for kids or smaller adults that don't need a lot of leg room. The main queen bed was surprisingly SUPER comfy. No one complained about being uncomfortable once we had the air mattress setup.Pluses about the listing accuracy - for kitchen and linens we were charged $250. For 5 of us, there were plenty of very clean towels. The girls felt a bit cold so they wished they had more blankets and sheets since they used the sleeping bags for additional comfort for the mattress/seat cushion toppers. We bought a box set of plastic utensils because the one in the RV didn't have enough of either the fork or the spoon (can't remember which) but then we later found a box in one of the cabinets as well as coffee maker, toaster oven, hair dryer, soaps, etc. (these were not shown to us in the walk through and I was not expecting them so I didn't see it until later and I wish I had known so I could prepare better since we were not allowed to leave our camp).

Communication was lacking from the get go, the pick up location was changed less than a week before the rental experience (at the end of our trip, the drop off location was changed the day of and took us out of our way ...but to their home which we assume was more convenient for them) When we had issues, Suzy was unavailable and she was not at the pick up site. Upon arrival to Las Vegas from NC, the RV battery was getting JUMPED!!! The walk through was a joke, the few questions we had, Dave did not know the answers. We informed Suzy via Outdoorsy that we were first time RV users. Thankfully we have several friends who showed us how their RV worked and the basics of hook up, my husband has driven many industrial vehicles and watched videos on Class A vehicles in preparation....we do our homework! Because the RV battery was dead, we were advised to keep driving so the then dead generator had time to recharge the house batteries.... (The refrigerator was warm ....and filthy) We therefore had to wait longer to stop and get groceries much later than we intended. The gas was Only half a tank, not Outdoorsy’s policy of a full tank. Fine, we rolled with it. One of the main reasons We chose this RV over others that were MUCH CHEAPER was the advertisement that all 3 beds were QUEEN!!! NONE OF THE BEDS WERE QUEEN! The beds were a double and two twins, I have included pictures of the beds with my 5’10” son on each for continuity. The entire RV was covered in a layer of filth inside and out. The “Kitchen and Linen”package we were required to purchase for $250 was disgusting. We bought our own sheets at Walmart and plastic utensils and plates. They did not even have a broom on the RV for the required cleaning (per Outdoorsy), we borrowed one from the last RV Park we stayed at. The outdoor table and rug that were also “required” for $150 were a card table and folding chairs (picture included), not at all what were pictured...never did find the rug! This is a 2014 RV....all the wear and tear on it made it seem like a 2000 RV!! It has not been maintained well at all! My husband had to push on the one side of the living room slide just so it would go out!!!!! We believe from advice of other RV people that this is due a lack of maintenance (not lubricating frequently). There was a MAJOR DRAFT that came under the kitchen side slide. It got really cold the first couple of nights but not Eenough to worry.....There must be an issue with the weather seal? But... At Bryce Canyon the temperature got down to 25! We used our beach towels to block the draft the best we could and the heater ran all night....believe me, we could hear it! And in the morning the RV temperature was 52! Really? REALLY? We paid $329 a night for this? The first time my husband hooked up the sewage pipe, the fastener to the RV broke of like “butter”...again a maintenance issue. We fixed it, out of pocket, still rolling with it all.
