Jorge Was really helpful and took the time to let us know how to operate the RV. The RV is very clean and has a lot of stuff to use on our trip. Thank you Jorge for your kindness and I will take the RV on my next trip to Yosemite.

I’ve used cruise america before but I thought I’d take a chance. On X mas day I booked this last min. Jorge answered within minutes. He takes his customer service very seriously. His other review claimed the RV couldn’t go over hills and the generator didn’t work but I assure everyone that it was the fastest RV going over the mountain and that the generator works great I used it a lot. He has all kinds of extras on the RV like 4 television sets he even provided a lot of food pots pans plates barbecue pits. Everything one could want. When I was cleaning up to return it I was still finding stuff. Cruise American doesn’t offer anything close to this service. Jorge is very honest he really cared that we had a safe trip and a good time. Did not Nickle and dime me on miles to the truck or generator like others or charge me for another day cause I brought it back at 7pm. I even told him to charge me for a $8.00 toll that he would get in the mail and he told me not to worry about it. Btw I went to Seattle and back and most nights did not have a RV park to hook up to so I relied on everything the RV had to offer. I can really go on and on but Jorge has a client for life. Also the website made me feel comfy cause immediately they send me my roadside assistance card and concierge service and sent multiple text throughout the trip. This is a great sight for both client and owner once again thank you

My fam and I had a great trip to Yosemite & Lake Tahoe. Nice RV, Good working condition, clean inside and comfortable. Very well furnished with essentials & extras - towels, bedding, pans, utensils, tp, conditioner, shampoo, shower gel, tv, camp set up equipment (lights, rug, chairs, fire pit)
