Nettie and her husband Jeremy were absolutely amazing. This was my girlfriend and I’s first time using outdoorsy and these two people made it such an amazing experience that we cant wait to use it again. I hope we get a chance to visit Zion again soon so that we may rent this trailer again. Accurate description. Trailer is brand new with everything working great. They had taken care of everything for us ready to be picked up and head out right away. Thank you Nettie and Jeremy.

Experience was flawless. The Timpson's are wonderful to work with and very responsive to questions. I highly suggest renting this trailer as it's in great condition with excellent owners!

Super easy pickup for heading up to Gooseberry Mesa. Jeremy and Nettie were helpful and great communicators.

My review is based on the service provided by the RV owners and the RV itself. The trip was out of this world but unfortunately not the service from the owners or the RV.
It was our first experience being on a travel trailer. We rented this trailer with more than a month in advance in order to have as much information needed for any incidents that may happen. We didn’t get much information from the owners just the basics and this was due to having to wait for them to arrive to their set up location as they were doing something else instead of waiting for us that we were driving from LA to Zion. This gave us little time for all tips you may need. Also the cleaning fee, is a must is not optional no matter how you return the trailer And no matter what the owner tells you (as we Cleared, flushed the tanks, disinfected and cleaned the whole trailer before returning it). They will charge it.
Even if the owner tell you that you need to rent the generator, think if you are really going to use it. We were out for 10 days and haven’t started once. Yes, it is completely avoidable and your neighbors will love you. I found out that the owners do not use the trailer, they just have it for business so they will try to build up the check as much as possible. The generator will be good if you want a screen to watch (why?) or starting the microwave which might be importan if you don’t cook outdoors but for us personally, that, does not costs what they charge.
Also look very well to the insurance for the inside of the trailer as we returned with apparently the folder table being ripped from the nails of the wall due to off road “turbulence”(Our bad) and most important, being locked outside! Yes, how can you get locked outside this camper 🤷🏻♂️. It has a failure on the door lock so make sure you have the strength on your finger as Alex Honnold (Rock climber) because if not you’ll not be able to open the main door. Solution is to have a 2nd key which they did not provide or leave a window open and have you wife do a 007 break-in and probably ripped the cheap foldable table of the wall. When I say cheap is only in design and materials because it actually cost us $100 😳
If you are renting it for more than 4 days make sure you get a power tool charger for leveling the camper as they will provide you with the power tool but not the charger 🤷🏻♂️. Battery is good for 3 or 4 days.
Get as much information about the camper you are renting from other sources as the owner will give you a very basic idea of things.

There was a leak in the trailer so our trip was cut short. Nettie and Jeremy were wonderful to come get the trailer and work with us. It was the manufacturer's problem and it won't happen again. I recommend these people to all who want a good experience renting.

This was our first time on Outdoorsy. Nettie was extremely responsive and made the whole process very easy, start-to-finish. The trailer was wonderful for our family of four.
