It was great working with Tim on the rental of the Winnebago ERA RV. He was very accommodating and helpful for the rental. My wife and I were newbies to RVs. The RV was very easy and comfortable to drive. The RV was in great condition and has great features. My wife and I (and our little dog) took a long weekend trip around Georgia and Alabama. We would highly recommend renting this RV from Tim for your next RV trip.

This was our first time using Outdoorsy and renting an RV. Could not have picked a better owner/team. Thorough orientation. Fantastic help with pick up. Responsiveness during trip was top-notch and the return was very smooth. Easy to recommend this vehicle and Tim Ard and his team.

Super People- Tim and Laura are easy to communicate with, easy to rent from, and Rick and Betty were great to get our trip started. They are wonderful owners and the Coach is what you can dream of.
The Coach is stunning, drives like any SUV, and is well insulated for a quite ride. The motor is quiet, the ride is absolutely top notch on interstate or rural and its good on fuel. It handles curves and roads like any big SUV. If you can drive you can handle this with ease. We felt very safe and comfortable. I planned this trip with my daughter and 2 grand children to go stop by a friends 90 birthday, and to make a drive to see some fall color leaves and this was my first trip away from home since COVID. We were beyond comfortable traveling.
I recommend Tim and this coach to anyone that wants to travel in style and comfort and that is clever with digital stuff. I Rate this coach and Tim with more than 5 stars. This is the type of small RV people dream of.
I want to mention:
The digital coach power controls, as a Senior, were beyond my pay grade.
And I learned Winnebago writes very poor manuals unless you are only looking for model number and how things were installed. Dont rely on Outdoorsy Help at all. They have generic Help that has all to do with renting RV and nothing to do with troubleshooting using one and nothing to do with Uptodate information from boots on the ground of what is actually open to drive up for help on your route.
On the second day I finally was able to figure out the TV.
The tank dumps are impossible for a Senior with hip and back disability, anyone with a cane or mobility, you can not do it on your own services. Do your own research if you have limitations. Beware there is no more 'in person' assistance anymore because of COVID . On this date, every online Google list of RV road services is NOT up to date-over half on the online lists were permanently or COVID closed.
Outdoorsy Website Help is sadly not up to date relative to COVID: there is no source that is up to date to tell you what is open, what has live face to face help, and costs. It is trial and mostly error on the road. My experience of an hour in the pouring rain, trying to get on my hands and knees, and painfully trying to sit on a curb, trying to read a poorly worded Winnebago manual was the worst. Part of the problem was the pay for use dump station curb was so tall it blocked the Winnebago access door. I prayed hard for an RVer might drive up to help and I would have paid anything for help but after an hour of trying every combination of valves and handles and switches, one tank did dump.
I saved my social security for a year for an opportunity for a special trip like this in a dream coach. I envisioned sitting under the awning by a fire ring enjoying a sunrise and sunset with the kids. The reality, I arrived home in tears. If you are a "RV for Dummies" or "old school" camping person you may struggle like I did. There are no more friendly advice drive by RV shops like we had in "the old days"- COVID has shut down or closed those businesses to the public.
It was my fault I didn't even know enough digital information to know what question to ask to make the coach AC and kitchen work, so we ended up camping in hotels, and enduring walking through drive thrus to get food.
A very expensive lesson.

Tim was great to rent from. Pickup and return were super easy. We are fairly new campers and had questions at the beginning of the trip. Tim was quick to respond and neve seemed r put out. The van drove like a dream and felt like our home away from home. I only wish we had more time!!

Amazing vehicle and super smooth check-in/check out process. Tim has a deluxe camper van that has all of the amenities you would want in a two person camper van. Got 18MPG in mostly highway driving. Van drives like a large SUV. Very smooth and easy to handle. Toured 9 college campuses in 5 days with it and it was perfect. Great experience and highly recommend!

The owners are lovely people and the camper was in excellent condition and very well maintained. It drove like a dream and inspired my wife and I to purchase our own in the near future. Anyone looking to rent a spacious class C camper, look no further. This is the one right here!

This RV is beautiful and in excellent shape. It is as-described by the owner, Tim. We drove it to California and back with two small dogs (picture submitted is at the Bonneville Salt Flats). It is easy to drive once you get used to the size and the turning pivot point. My wife and I both were comfortable driving it. We set up the bed in back as a queen size using the insert and put a gel topper over it and it was very comfortable for the 3 weeks we had it. The owner, Tim, is very easy to interact with and we had several text exchanges during the trip to answer questions and i kept him up to date on trip status just as a courtesy. I can easily recommend renting this RV from Tim.
