My wife and I (and our dog) had a really great experience with the RV we rented for a 10-day trip through Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Washington. This was a very efficient size vehicle for two of us and the ability to stop anywhere for a bathroom break or to make lunch along the route was perfect. The RV itself was easy to drive, fully self-contained, and very well equipped by design and by the owner for camping along the way. We stayed at a roadside rest area, commercial RV parks, State Parks, and it could hardly have been easier. Before our departure James was very helpful with resources to find these locations and other things we needed on the trip and to learn the ins and outs of RV travel. He was also uber-responsive when we had questions, before and during the trip. The Outdoorsy website made all the communications and arrangements like payment and insurance really convenient. We are really looking forward to trying this again sometime.

James is great to deal with. Responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Did a great job familiarizing us to how everything works. Provides great check list for novices. This is the perfect size RV. Clean and everything is in perfect working order.

We couldn't say enough words to show how awesome this RV experience/trip was. How we wish there would be a ten-star rating! Our family would be all for 10!

Our family of 4 had the best experience on our RV adventure in the Freedom Elite. James was so communicative and helpful throughout the booking, pickup, and drop off process. The RV is brand new so it is impeccably clean. Hot showers, comfortable sleeping and eating arrangements, and ample storage made us want to never drive home.
