Glamper Camper? Far from it! The photos do not depict an accurate listing of this RV. The camper was dirty and carpet stained. If I haven’t had driven a few hours to pick it up and had my itinerary set, I would have turned around and canceled the trip. The refrigerator didn’t work and spoiled the food I had purchased. I had to buy an oversized cooler to try and save the rest of the food.
Driving the camper was a frightening experience. The steering wheel was off center and in dire need of wheel alignment. The fuel tank indicator did not work and I had to estimate how much fuel was in the tank by mileage. The electronic leveling was janky. You had to do it several times for it to level or several times to get the jacks up. The drivers seat was loose and tilted to the right. So when you made a turn, you would turn about an inch with the turn.
I was blamed for some scratches on an old busted refrigerator. Believe me, the scratches are the least of this guys problems. I’m not even sure if they were there to begin with. Plus the inside of the refrigerator had cracked shelving and was filthy.
Jason had his young son spraying the RV with some clear fluid, to clean the RV when we picked it up. It must have been water since it didn’t smell like cleaning fluid. He then goes and charges me $100 to clean the RV after the trip. Which was never mentioned when I first picked it up. It was exactly how I first received it.
I had damaged the steps and had them looked at by two separate RV service centers, they both quoted me less than $400 for parts and labor to repair. Jason, called me and said it was $1000! Plus the $500 mile overage which conveniently added up to $1500 security deposit. Now, here’s something interesting. Outdoorsy just returned my security deposit and Jason knew it. So he asked not to go through outdoorsy so he could get more money.
Not at all happy with this whole matter. Not only will I never rent from Jason, I will never go through Outdoorsy. They are very difficult to contact and are not helpful at all.

Jason did a wonderful job of preparing the RV before picking it up. He was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend using his RV for vacation.

First time doing something like this and my family had an absolute blast! What made the trip that much more enjoyable was how friendly and accommodating the owner (Jason) was. He took the time to review all the equipment on the motor home that we rented and made sure that we were comfortable in our new vehicle that would be our home for the next several days. Would highly recommend Jason and the Glamper Camper and hope that we're able to repeat this trip much sooner than later!

We had a great family vacation with this RV. Memories to last a lifetime. The RV performed flawlessly all the way to Florida and back. Jason was very accommodating. Thank you

The motorhome was very comfortable for a 5,000 mile trip my family took over a two-plus week period (Midwest to California). Jason was great to work with and always available to answer questions and give advice. We would definitely rent the “Glamper” again.
