This was our 2nd time renting this specific RV from Bob. Bob is very helpful and super responsive. We had no issues whatsoever with the camper - it works perfectly every time! It’s new, maintained impeccably and spacious! More than enough room for our family of 4 (2 small children)! Lots of amenities included/provided that we found to be a luxury and much appreciated (kitchen utensils, cleaning materials/tools, camping chairs, etc.). Will continue to rent from Bob!

Everything went great until we returned it and he did an extensive check of the trailer with absolutely no damage anywhere. He was very nice even then. He wrote up the paperwork saying no damage and had us sign it. Then sends us a text the next day saying "Damage to rear bumper passenger side, damage to front left corner of trailer, black and grey tanks not completely empty." He is wanting to keep my deposit for something that has never happened, at least not when we had it.

Great camper! Clean and well maintained with extras like a coffee maker, built in grill, outdoor kitchen and camp chairs all made our trip great! Excellent layout with tons of room for our family of 5. We had the camper delivered to our campsite and Bob was so easy to work with, flexible and very responsive--would definitely recommend Bob and this unit!
