Hello! It probably goes without saying that I love going on camping adventures in my van with my favorite people and dog, am a hiker and equestrian and love cooking and reading. So happy that I'm able to share my van and help others get outside too!

Tara is a lovely person, but the van was anything but plug n play, as advertised. The van's interior was dirty upon pickup (i have pictures). I had to purchase and top off radiator fluid and the windshield washer fluid, which was totally empty. New wipers are also needed, I think. The 'oil change required' light came on, as well. Tara explained it had not been reset since an oil change in August (my trip was in late November). We were also offered a Bluetooth speaker which would not charge. Thankfully, were able to pair one of our (two) phones to the car's Bluetooth. And, although I gave it my best effort, read the instructions in the owner's manual and texted Tara for instructions, the front captain's chairs were stuck in forward position (Tara replied that it took some "muscle"). Also, when you apply and release the emergency brake, it requires a bit of extra futz to make sure it's fully released. Positive stars for the muscle of the engine, which was needed and the nifty pullouts in the rear compartment which made loading and unloading a breeze. No engine malfunctions, so we made it there and back w no major issues.

Tara was the most wonderful host! She has Danny Vanny outfitted so well, we really only needed our clothes and some groceries for the trip. The van was easy to drive, and the perfect way to explore without needing to set up a tent every night. We loved the mosquito nets we could put over the side and rear doors to allow for a cool breeze, even if the bugs were out. Between the Coleman Stove, JetBoil and the full kitchen set up, we had all that we needed to cook our meals. The camp chairs were comfy, and we even used the solar shower to wash off the desert dust! Thank you so much Tara! You helped make our 10 year anniversary trip a blast!

We had the best time in Danny Vanny for a weekend away! The van was super easy to drive and came equipped with everything you would need for a camping weekend. The bed was super comfy and the small pack n play we brought for our 18m old fit easily between the seats. We will definitely be using Danny Vanny again when we get the chance!

Danny the van is the perfect blend of simplicity & luxury! The van was extremely easy to drive, had a tight turn radius, and navigated windy roads really well. Tara had everything in the van ready for us - extra blankets, camping chairs, towels, cooking supplies, spices, and so much more! Tara went above and beyond as a host and it made our trip so easy. Truly all we needed was food and our clothes! Tara was easy to communicate with and flexible on pick up and drop off times. I would highly recommend checking out Danny the vanny!

Danny Vanny is everything you need for an easy comfortable getaway!
Tara is a great host explaining all the details to make you feel at home in the van. We had plenty of room for our camping trip and 3 bikes. I slept in the van and the teenagers camped outside in a tent. The fridge has lots of room and the bed is very comfortable. The wood paneling in the van makes it feel like you have your own little cabin in wheels. The van is easy to drive and park and has all the amenities you need. The camp chairs and hammock and jet boil are just some of the perks we enjoyed.

We had such an amazing experience in this van. It had absolutely everything we needed. We especially loved having the sliding trays for our bikes. Van is clean, comfortable, easy to drive, and well designed. Highly recommend! Tara is a great host. She’s communicative and accommodated our needs

Runs very well. Straightforward pick up and drop off. Absolutely everything we needed already in the van. Can’t wait to rent again (already booked!)

It was decked out with all the things we could need or want, and it was super cozy for me and my toddler. We didn’t even end up needing the heater because it was so warm by itself. It took a minute to feel comfortable driving but by the end it was really easy. Definitely recommend!
