RV was clean and ready to go. Had a few mechanical issues that were not pointed out at time of rental. Slide would not open, had to take apart controller to make work. Oven would not light. The worst issue was RV had a couple cracks in the rear fiberglass that I had taken pictures of before driving off. Those cracks got significantly worse while driving and I was stuck with the bill. Outdoorsy was terrible to deal with on the insurance side of things. They would not even talk to me about the issue as I tried several times, they would only respond periodically to email. Great trip turned into a terrible overall experience. Lesson learned.

I’m sorry about your experience Jeff, and the issues you had. I am sorry we disagree about how the damage happened. We believe you hit something that caused the damage to the rear of the Motorhome. I try to be very reasonable with people and I again, apologize about your experience.
