Charles was wonderful to work with. He set the camper up for us and communicated with ease. The camper was perfect. Two of us could not make the trip due to a mishap of one of our pilots. Charles worked with me so the other two could enjoy the camper The camper was spotless and had everything needed. Thanks Charles. We will be back

First time renting a travel trailer. Charles was wonderful to work with! He took his time to show us how to set up everything. He was always available to answer questions. We enjoyed the camper for a week. The mattress in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud. Great camper! Awesome experience!

This was first time renting a camper… andI must say Charles made my experience really worth wanting to do it over and over again! I liked that he communicated and we had a small mishap that was my fault and all he wanted to know was everyone OK! This is what you call great customer service

My husband & I are Vets & wanted to support this Vet owned camper rental. The RV is very spacious. The owner seemed easy to talk to at first until I mentioned some concerns with the camper. After this communication from him was very confrontational & seemed upset very easy when I tried my best to communicate my concerns as a customer.

First I’d like to thank you and your husband for your service. We began this rental with you negotiating insurance prices and I gladly reached out to outdoorsy to accommodate your request. The location for drop off was 20 miles outside of delivery area but I gladly accommodated your request still. After your check in I reached out to ask if there were any issues and you you mentioned the cracked remote and light cover which I noted. You then mentioned you were unhappy with the cleanliness and requested a refund and unfortunately due to the photos and consistency of our cleaning standards I could not offer you. The next day you mentioned you had filled up the waste tanks and claimed they were never empty. Due to the required outdoorsy photo evidence i could not substantiate this claim and offer a refund either as it is the renters responsibility to empty their waste. After further complaints from you I offered to come and retrieve the unit and refund you the remaining trip which you declined. There was a puddle of water in the bedroom seemingly due to overflow of the shower that will have to be repaired. In the future I recommend having full hookup or a way to empty your waste if you plan to rent longer than three days. I’m not sure how I could have accommodated you anymore during your rental.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The camper was perfect and had everything we needed for our trip...and then some! Charles was patient and great to work with. We will absolutely rent from him in the future. We went to a car show and even the generator we rented from him ran on minimal gas and kept us comfortable.
