I set up a rental a month in advance. The check in time at the park was 3:00 pm. I informed the owner of the spot number and time. At 8:38 pm, the day before delivery, I received a message that the camper would be delivered after 5 pm. My commute was 2 hours, traveling with family and an infant. I informed the owner they could drop off as early as 8 am since no one was in the spot. Melissa stated that she and her husband both work, that they would get there when they could, and that there was plenty for me to do at the Park I was staying at. I had a Wagoneer filled to the limit; it was extremely hot, and I had a granddaughter with an infant. Needless to say, the camper was delivered around 6 pm or shortly after. By then, the waterpark was closed, and most of the day was gone. We set up a pop-up tent and a fan and waited for them. Lots of small things went wrong during the whole camping trip. The RV propane detector went off at 2 am, 5 am, and 8 am. We turned off the propane for safety and had to cook everything outside. Sink in kitchen, and shower backed up, which was not their fault, but had to contact them for a fix. Couch peeling and ripped. Overall not a good experience from the beginning.
