Family enjoyed trip through south Florida in RV, value rental with accesible host.

Terrible experience. Having to submit a claim to get our money back do to the issues we had with the RV within the first 24hrs and then the situation the Owner put us in with his “ Supposed” shuttle account from the Airport. He’s not even a customer used a fake 4 digit code to get us to the RV parked outside of the secure family and my small children had to witness the Shuttle company supervisor catch Ivan the RV owner in lie after lie before we even where able to drive off with the RV. We had to make a dispute and are still waiting for that two week booking money to be refunded. Please beware, this owner was not honest and put me and my family in a horrible situation in a state we where we had just visited for two weeks. We had to return the RV at 11pm due to the driving issues. Plus his listing of the RV is not accurate.

Host was incredible and very flexible. I took my wife and three kids on a great trip and they loved the experience of traveling in an RV. A/C worked great, even in the Florida heat. Would definitely rent from this host again.

Ivan was very helpful & communication was fast & constant. He guided us to everything we had to do to get a free shuttle from the airport to check-in finding the RV at the Self Park FLL place.
The RV is an older model but was comfortable and met our needs. Great air conditioning unit, shower water can get really nice & hot, and we were provided with fresh toilet paper rolls, paper towels, & sheets/pillows.

Incredible experience aboard the Majestic RV. We took it from South Florida up to Ginnie Springs for the weekend and it was a blast from start to finish. As a first time RV renter I had no trouble driving it ~4 hours to the camp site and was easily able to maneuver it into place once we arrived. We did not have electric or water hookup which was no problem since the RV has a generator and ample water capacity. The RV was clean and had all the amenities necessary to make our experience really easy and fun. It was definitely convenient to have everything all self-contained and made packing up a breeze. Ivan was extremely accommodating in terms of pick-up and drop-off as well as on the generator usage and mileage, and was readily available by text for minor questions while we were on the trip. Highly recommend this RV, it was a great value and had ample space to sleep 5-6 people even though only 2 of us stayed in the camper. Ivan was a pleasure to deal with and would rent from again!
