About Phyllis's RV rentals
I originally bought this to live near my dad in his assisted living to be able to be close to take care of him. He passed 3 months later, so I simply moved back to Dallas. Now I am happy and honored to share this RV (I call him Dr Frank; named after a dear frontline doctor friend of mine who was funny and charming and filled with adventure) with the world. I am happy to stay at home with my two cats. When I do travel I see friends and also my granddaughter who lives in Omaha. I am looking forward to being a part of your adventures.

The RV was top notch, Phyllis did a great job educating us on how everything worked; no surprises.

Phyllis was great to work with and we had no issue getting in contact for any questions we had. We had an awesome time in the Travato. It was exactly what we were looking for and fit our needs perfectly!

Owner was friendly and helpful. She was flexible on pick-up and drop-off times to meet our needs. All functions of the RV were described before we left. RV was easy to drive and small enough to fit in normal parking spots. We had a great trip and really enjoyed the RV. Dry flush toilet was very convenient. Would definitely rent from Phyllis again.

Had a mechanical issue and returned the RV on April 9th as vehicle was not useable. Neither owner or Outdoorsy were able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Owner did not complete check return and later filed a damage claim that is unsupported. No effort to reduce funds paid.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! We would recommend to anyone (and we already have) and look forward to renting from Phyllis again! We had the best experience and can't say enough great things about Phyllis and her RV.
